The apartment was perfect for our needs and conveniently located. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Victor gave us very clear instructions and communication was effortless.

My husband and I can't say enough about this Airbnb. It was spotless. My husband is a clean freak and had not one complaint. The kitchen was equipped with a blender we used for breakfast smoothies, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Beautiful pots and pans to use. Sebastian, provided toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and a starter detergent for the dishwasher, and starter pods for the washer. There is a full washer dryer to use. The closets are humongous, plenty of space for our clothes. There are 3 TV's in this unit which was helpful, to relax in the rooms or living room. The amenities were great, the pool, and the outdoor furniture on the property were so numerous. There were bbq grills, to use. There was a fire pit in the pool area, amazing for those summer nights by the pool. There were arcade games, and a pool table, and other games. Orlando is 20 minutes away, an amazing location for Disney, universal, and Sea World attractions. We can't wait to go back.

This was my first ever stay in an airbnb and Zeus Royalty made it hard to top! The home is kept clean, the bed is cozy, and the area is filled with convince. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. I never felt worried about being in someone else’s space. Truly a home away from home. I will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!

I had booked another place, but I canceled and picked this house from Bruce — and it was the best decision I could have made. The location is great, close to parks and outlets, with easy access to everything. The property is central, spacious and comfortably sleeps from two to four people. The check-in and check-out were quiet, without any setbacks. You can rent with full confidence!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We loved our stay, so much to do at Storey Lake yet close to everything else. Beatriz let us check in early and was very responsive during the booking process and leading up to the stay. My only recommendation if you stay is to bring a couple dishwasher pods as we only had one. I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

This was the perfect home base for us for our Orlando stay! We spent time at Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The drive to both was fantastic and easy to get to. Our girls LOVED the pool and I loved the hot tub! We hope to be back in Orlando soon and would love to come back! The theming in the rooms is beautiful, our favorite is the Harry Potter room! Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs before, but this one truly went above and beyond. The place was even better than the photos—immaculately clean, beautifully set up, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. You can really tell the hosts put their hearts into this place. From the smallest details to the bigger touches, everything was thoughtfully planned and absolutely perfect. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and go out of their way to make the stay exceptional. The hosts were incredibly generous and helpful, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. There isn’t a single negative thing I can say—it exceeded all my expectations and then some. I would come back in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! We absolutely loved the decor, seriously once we got inside I think we all spent a good 10 min just admiring the place and how gorgeous it looked! The beds were comfy, the location was perfect. No noise or issues. Exactly as described and Alley was so accommodating and helpful and kind! We will absolutely be staying here in the future and look so forward to coming back!
