Hazel Lynn has made us feel so comfortable we are repeat renters. Her place is a magical fairy world with so much to do and so many ways to relax. Decorations are top notch. Hazel Lynn goes out of her way to make your stay truly perfect and custom to you in every way. We will be back again!

The house was perfect for my week long vacation. The amenities were luxurious but also felt like home. The location also felt safe and easy to navigate. It surpassed all of my expectations, especially having a young one. The host was very kind and friendly. I would stay there again without question.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful. The area is quaint, quiet and relaxing. The house was beautiful and roomy, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing the video game and spent the evenings around the fire pit. Host was helpful and responsive to all questions. Would book again.

Our stay at Haylie and Chris’s place was absolutely amazing! The location right on the river was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the serene views and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the water. My wife and I loved the place. The wooded surroundings in the backyard with the stream running through or breathtaking. We would see on average anywhere from 15 to 20 deer every day. The house was even better than what the picture show. I never had to worry about being able to reach the owner. She was always accommodating and even offered us the opportunity to stay longer knowing that we were doing a longer-term, but we had already made arrangements to go somewhere else and couldn’t get out of it or we would’ve taken it.

This place is wonderful. A lot of detail went into the fun decor. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was very easy to find. I wish my kitchen had as many cabinets. The furniture is comfortable as well as beautiful. The bedrooms and baths are very comfortable and extremely clean. The flooring in both bathrooms downstairs is unusual and gorgeous. The shower in the master bath is stunning. Lots of towels and extra blankets were readily available. Lots of fun stuff for families. The loft area and the sauna area were definite perks to this wonderful house. Check out the enclosed patio area outside the master bedroom/dining area. There is a grill, a hammock, and a fire pit with additional seating. There is an outside dining area off the living room. Lots of nooks with seating inside and outside the home. Just a quick walk 2 blocks to the beach. 15 minutes from the parks. The location is perfect. Loved everything about our stay!

Perfect couples getaway. We were there in off season so nice and quiet. Great lake views. Hubby was fishing off the dock everyday and I sat on the covered back porch looking at the lake and enjoying my book. Very clean! Great grocery store a few minutes away! Strack & Van Til. Great dinner at the Lighthouse just 5 minutes away. Very nice affordable winter weekend getaway. Jent was amazing. Quick response to questions. There's a piano that's in tune that I missed in the pictures. Would have brought some sheet music.

Nice place to stay as you are close enough to downtown Chicago to grab a show without getting caught in the city and the high prices that can bring. If you're coming down from Michigan, like we were, it lets you get in and out of Chicago pretty easy. Nick's place has everything you need and let's you sleep well. It all worked very well and I'd stay there again if it's available for my next trip into Chicago.

This was the perfect stay for a weekend trip to Chicago! Free parking was always available, the check-in process was a breeze, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The train being close to the airbnb didn’t bother us at all. The neighborhood felt safe, and the nearby beach is a must see if you stay here!! Overall, our stay was phenomenal and Nick was beyond kind! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Nice house with updates. We used all four bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. Kitchen and living room looked nice, but a bit cozy if everyone was in the space at the same time. There was a large breakfast nook/counter in the kitchen instead of a table. More dishes, mugs, etc. in the kitchen would have been nice. The coffee maker and provided K-cups were great! Would definitely stay again if it's available when we are in the area again.

We had an absolutely lovely time! We took a family trip and the house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. The beach was super close to walk to. The large house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The spacious living room/kitchen was a great place to spend family time cooking, playing games, eating, etc where we could all be together but doing separate things. There were plenty of towels for everyone for that many days which surprised me! Inga had thought of everything! There was all the extras you might need too like cooking basics, sunscreen, flashlight, bug spray, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas! And the espresso machine was also a hit with our family! Thank you so much Inga for having us!! We made memories that will last a lifetime in your beautiful home!
