A secluded cabin in a high alpine environment at 11,700 feet! Truly off-grid, without electricity, running water, NO WiFi. Beautifully furnished with fabulous furniture and wonderful beds to sleep 8. Just bring a sleeping bag & pillow case! WINTER ACCESS: By ski/skin, snowshoe or snowmobile only. 2 miles and 1000 foot gain to cabin. Takes approximately 3 hours on rolling and steep terrain. Gorgeous locked off unit with PRIVATE entrance and street parking in front. 1 bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area. Jetted tub, high end bedding, eclectic decor. Microwave, small fridge with freezer and coffee pot. Ideal if you enjoy dining out. There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. No children under 12 please. Dogs welcome. Not cats please.

Our cabin is one of a kind. Isolated with easy access, it is located outside Leadville-10,200 feet, between the Sawatch and Mosquito ranges, with stunning views of both. Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. The county plows the road, still we recommend AWD or 4WD for all winter travel. Please read “other things to note” before booking.

We have installed new carpet, paint, mattresses, doors, and furniture. Located on a wooded lot outside of town in a quiet subdivision. The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper. Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking.
