Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. The house is 3 miles from downtown Leadville, 5 miles to Turquoise Lake and 10 miles to Ski Cooper. Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and mountain biking.
