This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
