Very nice place, close to Citta Alta, very clean and quiet. Wonderful host, he was friendly and gave us many useful recommendations. The heat is provided by air conditioning, for those interested.

The apartment offers good space for a family (2 adults/2 children), is practically furnished (for simple cooking, built-in boxes, board games), is clean and in a good location in Ascona. The hosts were straightforward. Check-in/out were flexible by arrangement and were very accommodating to us. A fine bakery is right across the street from the apartment and the restaurant diagonally vis-à-vis is also highly recommended! Thanks again

Paolina is a friendly host, available and attentive to the details and care of the house. The environment is very intimate in an enchanting and relaxing setting, both inside and outside. The idea of breakfast ( very good and varied ) in the pulley that we were able to consume under the sun on the terrace is very creative. 100% satisfied with our choice.

The accommodation is located up the mountain at the end of a road. Very quiet location. Very relaxing with a great view of the lake and the mountains. The furnishings are outdated, but very clean. The communication was very friendly and timely. Milk, coffee and croissants were already there for breakfast. Thank you for your attention. The kitchen is equipped for simple meals. We felt comfortable. Recommended.

The property was located on a mountain by the lake. You had a beautiful view of the lake. The description and communication with Elisabetta worked flawlessly. The place, terrace and parking were exactly as described in the advertisement.

We very much liked the house and its surroundings. Perfect for those looking to discover the area of Lago di Como. Very close to Varenna and with an amazing view of the mountains. A place to come back to!

We had the pleasure of staying at Stefania's house in Osio Sotto and we couldn't be more satisfied! The area is quiet, the complex is very nice and well maintained, and the house was impeccably clean. Stefania is an exceptional host: kind, helpful and understanding. Despite our delay due to the flight, he welcomed us with great courtesy, making us feel comfortable right away. If you are looking for an ideal place to stay to visit Leolandia (only 8 minutes by car!), this is undoubtedly a perfect choice. A positive experience in every respect. Super recommended!

Everything about this stay was more then perfect, the view was incredible and worth staying here for this alone! having both parking spots was handy, bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best showers I’ve used, communication and recommendations are the best we’ve ever experienced from a host, they made a great trip even better, The walk into the town is fine, very scenic and chose to do it on a couple of occasions. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough, already looking trying to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts. Nice area, it’s about an hour’s walk to the old city, a bit more if you follow the greenway but a nicer route. Parking place is at the property and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Sensational views over the lake. This lovely detached house has beautiful spacious grounds, securely fenced, and everything in the house you need. Paolo, the host, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back. It was perfect, wish we could give it 6 stars ******.

The location was absolutely perfect – everything we needed was nearby, yet it still felt peaceful and secluded. And the view? Simply breathtaking! Waking up to those stunning lake and mountain vistas every morning was an unforgettable treat. The apartment itself was superb in every way. Spread across three spacious stories, it gave our family plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the comfort levels were top-notch, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was fantastic, with clear and fluid communication throughout our stay. Nothing but the best things to say! It was a very secure apartment building with gated entry/exit. The house was beautiful and picturesque, very homey and cozy. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a home away from home. We traveled from the US and she already had a hairdryer compatible with the electricity ready to go. Benedetta was wonderful! 15/10 experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cinzia’s place for one night, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth and Cinzia was always responsive. She was very friendly and had already put some delicious fruits and eggs from her garden for us. The place was cozy, clean, and had almost everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, especially with no mist on the lake. There was a supermarket and a bar nearby if you needed anything. Since Nesso has plenty of stairs because of the topography, I suggest not going with heavy baggage or suitcases. Ponte della Civera is a must-visit if you have the time. If you don’t have a car, you can use bus C30 from Como, I suggest you check the timetable on the app and buy your tickets in advance; it can get quite crowded. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely book again.

The lockbox to get your keys is not located where Google maps says for directions. it took a some time to locate where to get the keys. it's in town across from the ferry. near the ice cream shop.

We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect stay, adorable host very welcoming and caring. This small apartment is very cute and very clean located in the heart of the village, very accessible. Restaurants and bars nearby. Argegno is a very pretty picturesque village on Lake Como Loved our short stay!
