Villa vacation rentals in Lake Como

I would definitely want to come back. Paola was super friendly and help us with everything, the place has breathtaking views. It’s all worth it. She even has a lot of extra things in the room, like micellar water and stuff which was extremely helpful and very nice of her Weather did not help since it was raining the three days, so we will definitely go back

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

Maria is a super host! We were made to feel welcome. Also when we got unlucky with our car she helped us great. We had a great time! Which is what matters! The setting of Casa Cattaneo is so very beautiful The light is exceptional making the sunrise and sunsets something to look forward to every day. The house is a beautiful example of modernism at its finest. Whilst some amenities are less comfortable today the house offers an exceptional way to experience the local setting exceptional view of lake Maggiore and the culinary delights of the area.

House is high up. Up the streets are very curvy and narrow. But if you can enjoy the view, you are speechless. House is pure luxury. It was a very nice experience and we would be happy to come back.

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The Villa is up a decent hill about 10-15 min walk from the ferry stop and main street but very doable. Renato and Sara were very flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and ready early for our arrival.

Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Daniel was very responsive and clear from the start. Although the villa wasn’t perfectly clean on arrival, we vacuumed the place, and he quickly refunded us. At checkout, he even sent someone to help with our heavy luggage, which we really appreciated. The view was spectacular; we barely left the house during our stay. Thank you Daniel, for your wonderful support throughout our stay.

We had a great time in this place. The view is stunning and worth the steep route going up the mountain to get in or get out of the property.. Marzia is a great host. She responded to all our questions and provided a guide of restaurants and things to do. I’d recommend people with an interest to stay a lot in the property to come here because of its beauty and its high location.

Carlotta and Guilia were incredible AirBNB hostesses!! I loved Villa Maria Laura from the listing photos, but it was even more breathtaking in person. I had asked if the Villa could accommodate my wedding proposal, and they went above and beyond helping me accomplish exactly the proposal I’d envisioned by providing early check-in, ease of access for my photographer etc, and an amazing private dinner. Even after the engagement, the stay at Villa Maria Laura was magical. Guilia came each morning to bring us fresh pastries and was always available through text whenever we needed anything. We loved it so much, we want to come back for our honeymoon too! Thank you so so much for the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in! This villa and its two lovely hostesses will always be in our hearts and memories ❤️

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

This house is really great value for money, and it's the most "homey" one we've ever stayed in so many Airbnbs! The host is very kind and welcoming, not only personally helping us with our luggage, but also preparing a lot of food for us, even homemade cakes, making people feel full of warmth and affection.Such thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly welcome as soon as we arrived. Although the road to get there was a little more difficult, and the garage was a little bit of a pity because our car was too high to enter, but fortunately, it was easy to find free parking nearby, which was no problem for us at all. The house is very clean and welcoming. We stayed for a total of 7 days, and the host even arranged a mid-stay cleaning during the period. The service was very thoughtful and made people feel very considerate. This stay was really great, we believe we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!Whether it's the house itself, the host's enthusiasm, or the overall atmosphere, it makes people feel comfortable and at ease, and it's highly recommended to everyone!

A piece of paradise… I’ve travelled extensively and I can say that the view here is the best ever. Absolutely worth the trip up the mountain to be rewarded with this…..Truly mesmerizing and spectacular outdoor experience. Communication was great, in the house you have everything you need and we were very comfortable. The owners live in the adjacent property, so were always available with local advise and kindly booked us a restaurant for our first night. Highly recommend

it was a super nice area, quiet. by car fifteen minutes from como lake. the house was beautiful, a veranda with a great view of the mountains and it was also pleasant to stay if it was too hot outside. we felt right at home. the family was extremely welcoming, they are ready to help you with all kinds of questions. even when we had to go to the hospital they helped us well. for anyone looking for peace and a beautiful area, we highly recommend this airbnb

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

This stay was wonderful. Modern, clean, peaceful villa, fabulous view. Stefania was ultra responsive, answered all my questions and there was even an Easter egg for my 3 year old son when we arrived! Perfect and thank you for this idyllic stay, we plan to come back soon :D

Beautiful location and great for visiting the villages on Lake Maggiore. Very large garden and great for relaxing. Spacious and well-maintained house. A place we'd love to come back to.

Simply stunning, perfect for our friend's stag do ahead of his wedding also in Como (Laglio). A highly recommended place for medium to large groups.
