But for those who are looking for a deep wilderness experience, this is the best choice to go for! Nature, only nature.

A great little house clean and tidy in the middle of the The way there is exciting, but once you make it there, the view is a dream to be. We felt incredibly comfortable to switch off and come down perfectly. Driveway to the house is not for lowered cars with suv it was no problem. Check-in was easy host on site unfortunately only speaks Italian but with hands and feet everything can be arranged :) If you want to see a lot on the Lago, you should prefer to choose a place further down on the mountain. Since the 8 kilometers of serpentines are already annoying if you have to drive them every day. We can only recommend it for nature lovers who are looking for a great spot of earth away from the hustle and bustle.

Excellent accommodation in Citta Alta. Close to all the sites, shops and restaurant / bars. Gianmaura picked us up from the airport for a reasonable price. communication was as required. The apartment is good for couples but could also accommodate a small child as there was an extra bed. I would strongly recommend staying at this apartment.

The location is incredible. Great panoramic views, beautiful hiking opportunities for every taste. The hosts were super friendly and relaxed. In the morning there was a basket of coffee, warm milk, homemade köse and jam outside the door. The decor is loving and simply, even if the inside is smaller than in the photos. Fridge, WiFi, hair dryer, oven and garden furniture - all available. The photos are not fair to the fantastic environment. We will be happy to come back and will be in love a bit. Thanks to Giorgio

The Due Passi was the perfect place to stay for our vacation week in Ascona. It is located in the picturesque old town of Ascona and the lake and mountains are easy to reach. In the cottage, we were able to relax excellently after long hikes. Anna was very accommodating and friendly!

Beautiful little rustico with a great view. The cottage is really small but comfortably furnished and in good weather it has a great terrace with views of Lake Magagogiore. Great communication with Hildegard, very accommodating. At first we didn't find the Rustico because the link on Airbnb sent us up the slope, but the host helped us right away. We spent some beautiful days in Brissago..

Beautiful location and staying in a simple rustico. We had a wonderful time and the host was very responsive. Only downsides: Some problems with the access to the place due to a car barrier not opening but and a complicated explanation of how to het to the place instead of a google maps location.
