Monthly Rentals in Lake Chaubunagungamaug

This apartment is private, inviting, spacious, peaceful, and brilliantly clean. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in! We stayed here for a week while our house was being renovated, and it was a home away from home. The views of the lake and sunsets are gorgeous. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, which we did most nights. The bed is very comfortable, and we slept well. Brian and Sue are excellent hosts. They are kind, responsive, and knowledgeable of the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely retreat!

I have stayed at this AirBnB multiple times and I keep going back. The hosts are attentive but not intrusive. The space is clean and well maintained. The amenities are complete. The neighborhood is safe and for a woman traveling alone that is critical. I will go back anytime I need a "home" in Central Mass.

Dawns place was so beautiful and great for a couples weekend away. Only thing I can say is the bath tub is a bit small (if that’s something you’re concerned with) but it was still very lovely and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and cute sitting area. Beautiful stream behind the house. Llama and sheep were soooo cute! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place. It was a perfect little getaway where we could unwind & just enjoy the scenery. We came in town to visit our Son who is a Freshman at Nichols College. We had some cold weather & rain but, we took full advantage of the firepit & sat out by the water enjoying the view. There were lots of things to do on the water that we can hopefully do when we visit again in warmer weather. This place was a wonderful spot for us to unwind & spend time with our boy! Andrew & Lora were super responsive & helpful for all of our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Highly recommend this gem by the water!
