I had a great stay. The place is very easy to find and in a great location. Was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Would highly recommend staying at river romance.

A very spacious apartment located on a quiet street. It was easy to get to and conveniently located for our needs. The bed was comfortable with firm-ish mattress and a couple options on pillows. All in all, a comfortable stay.

My husband + I loved our second stay at Kendra and Steve’s River Suite! They are such gracious hosts and have a beautiful little slice of heaven in Helen. We are already talking about our next visit! 💜

If you’re ever in the mineral bluff area with a loved one and need a welcoming and private place to stay , this is definitely the spot for you ! Everything from the “southern hospitality” all the way to loving companionship from Coco will make you feel just at home ! My fiancé and I were looking to get away from the world for the weekend and Karen and Greg were nothing shy of magnificent ! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of ! This was my second time staying at Tonya’s place (but in a different unit) and it was wonderful - just as great as the first time! It was perfect for my needs and I felt right at home. This is a great option for a one-person stay close to town!

This was a lovely cozy place to stay in the NC mountain. It was close to town and Colleen was a great host. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved Center of Gravity as it was within walkable distance to downtown, but also offered easy access to activities, shopping and restaurants by car. The actual apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. My son and his daughters came over one night and there was plenty of room to play several board games. I am sure we will stay here again when in Dahlonega.

We loved our stay at Mountainside Drive. Every detail was thoroughly thought out. They had ample linens, pillows, blankets, and towels and even had some toiletries available if needed. Everything in the entire house was so organized and easy to find. Our children loved Billy, the neighborhood cat. This location was in the perfect place for us to explore north GA, Highland, NC, or parts of SC. We had a great stay!

We were so pleased with our decision to book this home especially after being in downtown Helen and seeing the hotels we considered. It is close to town but in a quiet neighborhood— peaceful and great area to walk the dog. The home is spacious- very comfortable living area and large bedrooms. The 2 baths were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including 3 different coffee makers and popcorn! A very nice touch. There were plenty of blankets and throws for the cold weather and we loved the fireplace! So cozy! Maklen was super responsive and friendly, much more so than some of the other places I’ve stayed. We highly recommend Maklen and their home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

Our family had a fantastic trip, and Phillip was extremely proactive with communication and great recommendations for restaurants and fun activities nearby. The house had everything we were looking for and is very comfortable and inviting. They also stocked the kitchen with basic items you usually have to remember to bring…including a full variety of spices, oil, coffee, etc. The property itself is where this rental really shines! Beautiful view of Lake Glenville and the house is nestled in a peaceful cove with an impressive waterfall just across the way. There are several outdoor seating areas that make it PERFECT for whatever you’re looking to do. For those wanting to really get away to a quiet retreat, look no further! We would definitely stay here again!

The pros: The home was awesome and had plenty of room. The view was beautiful and peaceful. It was the first place we stayed that had an actual baby bed; this was a welcomed blessing. It had plenty of blankets and towels for everyone and was extremely clean. We would definately stay here again. The cons: No king size beds for the adults. Parking was a challenge and it does not have a private drive. It also needed a coffee maker for pods and we would have enjoyed more couches on the main floor with recliners verses the straight back chairs. The towels also needed some fabric softner - they were really rough (small details). Overall: Excellent home and host experience. It is well worth the rental price!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

Glenn was on top of everything from the time we booked to check out. The townhouse was beautifully set up and worked well for us. It was central to walhalla where we were seeing a show. It was close to Pickens and Easley where we antiqued. We’d definitely stay again.

We loved our weekend getaway at Ann’s place! It was easy to check in, described exactly like the photos and it was peaceful. The bed was also very comfortable, we got some great sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked for our dinner plans, and the fireplace was a nice touch also. Overall, we recommend and will be back!

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

This place was amazing if you are looking to get away from the big city vibes for a bit. We truly enjoyed the all the scenery and animals everywhere. The lake was far from the place, but beautiful to go look at. the best part is the golf course! we loved and would stay again if we were in the area. Thanks!

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.

William & Melissa were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting local things to do. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Their space was also beautiful, well stocked and great for young kids.
