Ms Lani was very accomodating and welcoming. The place is great- spacious, pristine, and clean. It was perfect for our dogs and cat even if one of our dogs is a large mastiff. Thank you for the experience! We hope to stay again soon

Andy's bnb is value for money. It's homey, clean, and with everything you might need in the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the huge TV with netflix, and the quiet surrounding within a private subdivision was a big plus as it was great for our morning walk and jog!

The place is exactly what you see in the photos. It’s very clean and the place is very peaceful and quiet since it’s not exactly beside the road. It may be hard to spot sometimes specially at night since the alley is quite small but there is a landmark provided by the host. Ms Eve is a great host, she quickly replies whenever we ask something and very friendly as well

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. This place is actually better than the photos!! It's by far the best place we booked in the Philippines and we travelled north to south! Nadia and her staff just go above and beyond! Best to hire a car or scooter to get around from here and to here plus see all the sights. Driving is okay here, not nearly as hectic as major towns. The shower in the modern bathroom has no hot water but you can fill a large bucket with hot water if you really need it in this heat!! Can't recommend this highly enough Book more than 1 night!

We were incredibly fortunate to call this place home for two months. From the moment we arrived, Sharon was the most outstanding host we’ve ever had on Airbnb. She was kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome from the beginning while still being respectful of our privacy. Although shopping options were a 15-minute walk away, the location of the house more than made up for it. The breathtaking view of Mayon Volcano from the balcony is simply unbelievable, especially considering the price. We spent countless hours just soaking in the scenery, and it never got old. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat to unwind and immerse yourself in the incredible culture of Albay, this is the perfect spot. We can't recommend it highly enough!
