La Rosa is located in a quiet neighborhood 400 meters from the historic center of Acquapendente. The ground floor apartment of about 80 square meters consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and dining area with an independent French window entrance door accessed from a green terrace of 40 square meters (located inside the condominium parking lot) ideal for eating outdoors and storing any bicycles and finally a small kitchen with storage closet.

There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
