This is such a beautiful place. The shared dock is such a wonderful treat to have - we were able to catch some white bass right when we arrived! The bed is SO comfortable! The perfect mini vacay if you are in the city. The bridge does have some noise since it’s close, but nothing compared to the city. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so be prepared to rise with the sun - I loved this but my husband did not lol so keep that in mind when booking. 🤩 This was such a Wonderful place and Kathleen is great!!! If you are looking for that home away from home kind of feeling, this place has it. Thanks so much!

Great guest house for a long weekend! we enjoyed access to the lake and the ability to use the pool and outside area. The guesthouse was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. plus the hosts were great and very accommodating.

The host was very quick to respond to questions. The accommodations were very clean. Huge pool. We fished from the dock and caught several fish. Very quiet surroundings. The night sky viewing from the pool is incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was absolutely incredible—spacious, spotless, and tucked away in a beautiful, private setting with plenty to do nearby. Sherry was an outstanding host—communicative, helpful, and incredibly understanding. This AirBnB had everything you could possibly need or want, plus a few thoughtful extras you wouldn’t even think of. I genuinely have no complaints. The only minor hiccup was finding the right house at first—the side facing the street wasn’t the front entrance, which threw me off a bit. But the locals were amazing and really helped us out, even sharing info on local events. If you’re looking for a peaceful lake getaway, this place is a hidden gem—and for the price, it’s hard to beat. I’d absolutely come back!

This is a beautiful lake cabin and we all really enjoyed it. The views were beautiful. The dock was nice and had seating which was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items to use for cooking. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again sometime!

The home and lake are beautiful. We didn't want to leave and felt at home the entire stay. It was easy to get the kayaks out and into the lake, and a lot of relaxation to sit on the deck and patio. Our kids liked the retro gaming systems too. We had a great visit and highly recommend.

This home was refreshed recently and all the amenities were in perfect condition. We especially loved the bidet :) The road within the community could use some pothole repair but otherwise it was a pleasure to stay at Heather's. She was extremely responsive and flexible when we needed to extend one day. We were conveniently located near the new large boat launch to meet our fishing guide. Loved it!

Being a displaced Texan living Illinois, Amy’s place was a little piece of home! On my travels back to East Texas I’ll certainly be looking for availability at Amy’s place! Kirk’s place is exactly as described. We went during a cold snap and it was very comfortable. The fireplace made it very inviting. The host is very responsive, even before booking. It is good to note that the home is also good if you have any wheelchair guests with you. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The view of the lake is peaceful. Perfect for birdwatching during the day and stargazing at night. I can imagine it would be beautiful during spring and summer.

We had a family reunion at Lake Fork Getaways & rented the big house, all 4 lodges, and the sunrise suite. It was perfect for our needs, especially the pool and rec room! Lots of comfortable beds, immaculate linens, and amenities. We were thrilled and had a wonderful time viewing the eclipse while sitting around the fire pit. A treat from start to finish! Thanks to Erica for her responsive communications and hospitable environment.

Lake Fork Getaways was a wonderful experience. We rented all 4 lodges, the big house, and the sunrise suite for a family reunion. What fun! Every part of the property is beautifully appointed, and the rec room, fire pit, and pool are total bonuses. We will definitely come back here.

A perfect spot to stay for a getaway to Lake fork! The cabin is very cute and centrally located. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area. The addition of a gameroom and pool is a nice touch and helped make our trip very enjoyable!
