Me and my family loved staying. It was a beautiful home. Would definitely stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. We had plenty of room to spread out, and really had a great time playing pool and Pac-Man and foosball. The views from the huge windows were so beautiful. Very comfortable furniture all around. Plenty of towels and sheets and blankets. Nice little extras in the bathrooms. 10/10 ⭐️

We stayed for a quick trip and the space was great for our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful location and very nice little A frame house. Great view and exactly the get away we were hoping for. We have shared and recommended to others, would be ideal for a single family or a pair of couples looking for a rural retreat.

This home is a must stay, if you are looking for a beautiful, scenic, cozy and private place to stay! The view of the lake is breathtaking and the bird feeders on the deck made you feel like you were one with nature! We had a visit from the Cardinal everyday of our visit. The home is clean, spacious and the host was Amazing!

We had a great time at Eagles Rest. Enjoyed having two cabins with access to the water :)

Jim was proactive in his messaging and directions. Never over bearing but always quick to share relevant info and to provide additional contact numbers should they be needed. The house is perfect! You cant beat the covered breezeway and screened in porch! Perfect for relaxing and rigging fishing gear before hitting the water. This location is ideal for traveling bass anglers. A private dock, rentable marina slips with power, a boat launch, gas pumps, store, and restaurant are all within 150 yards of the house! We will be back!

We used this house for our Salty Sister Ladies Winter Retreat. The views were amazing! Beautiful house with plenty of space and beds for our group. As described, the driveway is extremely steep and 4WD is needed. Age range was 16-80 and we were thankful for our two younger ones helping those with walking difficulty. Sadly, we broke a chair immediately upon sitting at the dining table. The leg was loose without her realizing. As described, the driveway is a battle for carrying things down and up the hill. But we had an amazing time together and so glad we braved it.

Beautiful home for me and my family. We traveled from Nashville to here for an AAU tournament. I recently had booked an house through Vrbo. Unfortunately, I was scammed and I had to think quick and fast. Kathryn’s home was available at last minute. Thank GOD for her and her home. Otherwise I would have been out of look. Beautiful home, peaceful, quiet, nice pond view, you feel right at home. High recommend this property. We will definitely book again with her.

We had a very relaxing and fun stay. Everything was as described, and Toni answered questions very quickly. We would recommend this place to others, and we would visit again.

We had a great time at Lynnhurt resort! The house was great. Slept 13 very comfortably. We loved spending time at the beach that was right by the house! We rented golf carts, a boat with a slide and a jet ski. The entire family had a blast! The staff were super friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolute best experience for my family's first time travel and AirBnB stay. It literally felt like home. Ours was a last minute booking with arrival in less than 24 hours. John and Julie were so welcoming and even had special amenities set up for our furr-babies. Definitely and A+ experience!

This was a really nice place to stay, it looks even better in person! Check in and check out was super easy making it a great weekend on the lake.

The cabin was so comfortable and we felt right at home. The view of the lake was beautiful from the deck. We loved starting our day sitting out there enjoying our coffee. There was so much to do without leaving the resort: swimming, fishing, kayaking, basketball and games on the deck. We had family ranging from 10 to 86 years old. Everyone was happy! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family to meet.

Our time at Courtney’s Airbnb, was outstanding. She was very proactive with instructions and recommendations. The house has great views, and is in immaculate condition. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

This place is a perfect getaway for any fisherman who want to get on Ky lake. Has a private boat slip and lots of bank access for bank fishing. Ben was a great host and was very responsive. This was the perfect place for my youngest brother’s bachelor trip and I will definitely be back.

This house was everything we were wanting for our anniversary vacation. Beautiful views, dock to fish, great kitchen. Most important was the master bedroom and bath were on the main floor. I have a hard time walking, steps are hard for me. The kitchen and bedroom were the main reason to rent this house. The owner helped us to get the TV to have stations on it. Us seniors don't have all the new stuff to work with :) and he helped us work our way though. My husband even caught a big enough fish for me to cook for dinner!! The stay here was very enjoyable and calming. Made it to the downstairs once and to the fire pit, it was great! Thanks for the great house to stay at.

The home was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have picked a better place to vacation in the mountains during Thanksgiving with our 5 kids and in-laws. Would definitely love to come back when it’s warmer and experience the Lake. Crystal was very responsive and pleasant to deal with through the booking process, check in and check out process. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house. Fantastic location. This house has been newly remodeled and everything is brand new. Our large family was easily able to spread out and feel very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We usually bring our own blackstone to the lake, but this house had a brand new one! The backyard is phenomenal with a beautiful view of the lake. We very much enjoyed the back patio, firepit and easy access to the private dock. We easily tied up our two boats and jet ski. Jason was super to work with and was quick to answer any questions that we had.
