Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Bring your boat because we share our dock and have a place to tie your boat off to make getting on the water very convenient. We have kayaks, paddle boards and are just two houses down. Spend the day on the water then grill in the evening and watch the sunset. Plenty of wildlife always around and a peaceful walkable neighborhood. High speed internet (300mbps).
