Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Lake Austin

I had an emergency trip to Austin, and it happened to be during SXSW, and I was terrrified of what my rates were going to be, or what I could afford. Not only was Savannah’s place everything I could have asked for, it was affordable, and when my surgery got pushed out by a day, she was able to accommodate and really helped me out. I will definitely be looking to stay again on future trips.

Daniel was so helpful getting into the apartment! I definitely wouldn’t have been able to figure it out on my own, so thankfully he came to meet me in the parking garage! He even helped me carry my bags in and preset the thermostat to my preferred temperature! Really appreciated that, as walking alone at night can be scary. He also gave me some great coffee shop recommendations! Truly such a thoughtful host; will definitely be back!

This place is one of our favorite places to stay! It is always clean and ready for check in, and the host is very nice and responsive.

My friend and I stayed at one of Mercy’s Airbnbs, and we had a wonderful experience. We were originally set to stay on the 3rd floor, but Mercy reached out early in the day to let us know there was an issue with the unit. She offered to move us to the 1st floor instead, which worked out perfectly for us and was easy to accommodate into our arrival plans. The space was cute, cozy, and felt just like home. Mercy was incredibly responsive to all my questions, addressing them swiftly. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the entire place was beautifully decorated. I’d stay at one of Mercy’s listings again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Mercy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic studio apartment with open floor plan. Everything was clean, in good repair & working order. Our host was very responsive via Airbnb texts to clarify certain things for me. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for my future antiquing overnight trips in Austin & the surrounding areas. Thanks is so much for having units as your guests & making it feel so welcoming and comfortable.

Place is lovely, little hard to find but once you do, its easy. Parking was tight with the pole. Peaceful and serene. Deer close and friendly. Nice villa/community.

Great spot for a quick getaway! House is tastefully designed and has everything you need for a pleasant time in the country. Ben and Liz are very nice and gracious hosts :)

We had an issue with the shower in the bathroom, but once Maggie responded, she was very helpful with providing numerous ways to assist while she was out of town. The backyard is fabulous for pups! Great little spot for a quick trip to Austin!

Beautiful, stylish home with fantastic amenities in a wonderful neighborhood. Great for walking and close to myriad restaurants, grocery stores and other features that make for an enjoyable experience. We stayed here with my parents and everyone had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant time. Highly recommend.

Great House! The house was very clean and comfortable. This was the second time we booked this house and we will definitely do it again. The Game Room is a big plus.

The host Laura was incredibly responsive, supportive, and helpful during our stay. We stayed at the home for nearly a month while my wife was having some medical procedures with a specialist in Austin. The home was very comfortable and quiet. The downstairs master and backyard patio were a perfect set-up for us. The location was close enough to everything to make getting around easy. But the location was also private enough to enjoy quiet days and evenings when that's what we needed. For us, it was perfect.

This place was so magical! If you want a weekend full of nature and peace this is for you! My family and I enjoyed every thing the home had to offer !

The size of the house and all of the accommodations were more than I expected, even though it was listed as spacious I was not expecting so much move around room and how much privacy that was available with closets made into private bedrooms. The kitchen was very accommodating to cook for large groups. We are looking for a reason to schedule our next getaway to stay here again. Both of the host were very accommodating and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were great lots of room to grill out and socialize as a family. We will definitely be back to stay location is so perfect

Amazing host and great location on south congress. (Soco) you feel in the center of everything but there are neighborhoods close by which allow you to feel like a regular resident of the city of Austin. Easy access to down town.

The pad was super comfy for our family. We had access by foot or quick ride shares to all over Austin. The unit was tastefully decorated with charm and fun little things like bat signal over Austin and Bill Murray pillow. We adored the kitchen remodel and the fireplace cushions were a charming addition when we had access couple friends over for wine and dessert after dinner out. David is a great host and easy with whom to communicate. Thanks for making a home away from home camp for our weekend.
