Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Austin

Barbara's place was clean and a beautiful community. Captain Pete's Boathouse was a great place to walk to for eating.

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

Great property and host. Loved the pool areas to choose from! Neighbors were friendly. Beds were comfy and loved the iced coffee Keurig!

Fantastic in every way. The condo was great. The fact that it had a coffee shop at the bottom of the building was a huge bonus each morning. :) We also made many stops at Royal Blue Grocery for snacks and drinks. It's right around the corner from the building. The proximity to the river trail made a huge difference for us. We used the trail every day we were there. We walked a couple times and we rode bikes. We even rented retro boats and cruised up and down the river. We had such an epic time. The condo was the perfect home base for our adventure.

We came to Austin for a bachelorette trip. This home was amazing! Beautiful home, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, updated kitchen with everything you need, and lots of amenities. Kevin was verrry responsive and helpful. Only thing the neighborhood wasn’t the best but we rented a car to get to and from. Overall our stay was excellent! If we come to Austin again I would stay at this rental again! Thank you Kevin!

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

I think this might be one of my favourite Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I was on a busy work trip so didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the property but it made the time I did get to unwind feel like home. I’ve never had an Airbnb equipped with so many amenities (normally I find I have to bring a lot of my own), toiletries, washing detergent, coffee, ice and basic condiments and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Also they had yoga mats which was a wonderful surprise. The memory foam bed in was also the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Lovely quiet area close to loads of great spots to eat and drink really close by and only a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Caroline was great with communication and always responded and also let us leave our luggage for a bit after check out. Definitely not a party house but if you want somewhere cosy, clean and homely for your stay in Austin, this is the place! I would highly recommend to anyone.

JoAnn was very responsive and friendly. She went above and beyond providing homemade bread! Nicely stocked home! we appreciated everything she offered!

Kate has a wonderful home and is a great host. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the door and looked out on that beautiful deck and backyard. The house is set up comfortably and completely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for a three-week stay. Kate communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed. The home is private and we especially loved all of the deer walking around the golf course, our backyard, and the town. Thank you, Kate, for sharing your home with us for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay! Everything worked out really well for our family. The house was very clean, and beautifully upgraded. Enjoyed coffee on the patio while listening to the birds and watching the deers coming out when the sun was rising. The backyard has a little play area with mini golf and soccer goalies for the kids. A grill, a fire pit and yard lights, allowed us to hang out in the backyard. The welcoming drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. The golf cart and the amenities were awesome! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, play pickleball, visit the park with its playground, beach, and the lake. Neel is a great host, welcoming, responsive and flexible. We can definitely recommend their place!

My family needed a weekend getaway from Houston. We wanted something private and peaceful but close enough to go do other things if we wanted to. This home was absolutely perfect. The description and photos were accurate but I’d say it’s even better in person! The home was beautiful, fully stocked with any and everything you needed, and very well organized. We have 5 kids and it was spacious enough for all of us and plenty of outdoor space for my kiddos to play and enjoy the outdoors! We loved everything about it! Heidi was a great host, answering all my pre-booking questions and quickly responded. We appreciate her opening her beautiful home for us to relax, unwind and escape the hectic life of the big city! Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed Holly’s place, it was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded her description. The location is very centralized if you’re looking to explore Marble falls and the Highland lake region. The apartment was super clean, updated and comfortable. The property was well kept, I can see us coming back this summer to enjoy the beach, pools and other amenities with our grandchildren. Holly was super helpful and responsive with some great restaurant suggestions (Boat Town will be r a regular go to for us when we visit). We had an extremely positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had! Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Responsive & helpful host. Well stocked toiletries, paper goods, kitchen utensils, lake stuff, etc. Easy access to lake, pools, and other amenities. The entire condo property was well kept and clean, including firewood for the fire pit and grills! Great spot on the lake.

Love the location of this condo complex overall. It’s clearly written in the description that this particular unit does not have a lake view, so no complaints — I just should have read it better. We were booking last minute and I missed that part. The condo was super comfy, had cute Easter decor that my son enjoyed, and came with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and detailed. We were able to enjoy the pool and views from the pool deck the morning before checkout. Will recommend for friends or family visiting the area.

We had such a great time. The area is so peaceful. The place was very clean, quiet. We loved watching the golfers and there were many as there was a tournament. The area is very quiet tranquil and great place to walk. Beds were super comfortable. There is great activities just a few minutes away. There is a nice restaurant just a few miles away on the water. We can't wait to come back to Point Venture. Highly recommend.
