Cinzia è stata molto cordiale e amichevole sia prima dell'arrivo che al momento del check-in e del checkout. Ci è venuta incontro dimostrando flessibilità per il check-in considerato che non arrivavano tutti insieme. L'appartamento era impeccabile sia per la pulizia e per l'ordine e la cucina ben fornita per prepararsi qualcosa. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la vista al mare! Grazie mille da tutti noi, Nicole

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

We loved our 2+week stay at Casa Marisa. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything one might need including a good kitchen and two excellent contemporary en suite shower rooms. It's stylishly furnished and colourful with comfortable seating on the large terrace. We particularly liked that all rooms had doors to the terrace. It's conveniently situated for shopping, restaurants and cafés plus the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the station. Grazie, Margherita, for a great stay in beautiful Alassio.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Top Unterkunft + tolle Gastgeberin Highlights: - Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Das Apartment ist direkt (50m Fussweg) am Meer (privater Strand + nettes Café) gelegen. - Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war einfach, klar und freundlich. Weiteres: - Das Apartment wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Organisation hat man alles (wir waren mit unserem Baby da und die Wohnung hat für ein paar Tage Ferien ausgereicht). Wir würden das Apartment bei einem erneuten Sanremo-Trip wieder buchen.

Un parfait séjour ! Logement propre avec des explications bien précises pour l’arrivé et le départ. Anaïs est toujours là pour nous aider. Merci Anaïs et à bientôt certainement .

séjour en famille très agréable en avril. la vue sur la mer est magnifique. L'aménagement autour est très beau. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais Meriam nous a envoyé toutes les infos par vidéo. Au top, je recommande.

Séjour de 4 jours très agréable car le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description et les explications de l hôte étaient parfaitement claires. Si nous n avions pas eu de contraintes familiales nous aurions bien souhaité rester trois ou quatre jours de plus tant nous étions bien et enthousiastes. Adresse à conserver si nous retournons vers Menton.

Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft aus ist herausragend. Man ist für sich und kann die Zeit dort in Ruhe geniessen. Der Gastgeber Enrico antwortet immer schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Wer will, kann bei ihm das auf diesem Grundstück produzierte Olivenöl kaufen. Bei der Lage der Unterkunft muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man, insbesondere zu Fuss, schon einen Moment unterwegs ist, bis man Finale erreicht. Mit Fahrrad/ Auto jedoch gar kein Problem.

Nadia est une hôte très accueillante, très réactive, ses instructions sont très claires. Le logement est très bien situé dans une résidence très calme, avec une vue magnifique de ses deux terrasses. Il est également très propre et très lumineux, son équipement correspond parfaitement à la description, rien ne manque. La piste cyclable au bas de la résidence, la mise à disposition de vélos et le garage pour la voiture en sous sol sont des atouts de choix, (sans oublier la piscine). Bref, grâce à Nadia, nous avons passés un excellent séjour de deux semaines à Sanremo et ses alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésiter le logement de Nadia. Un grand merci à Nadia.

Nous avons passer un très beau séjour dans l’appartement d’Alix. L’appartement se situe dans une résidence paisible avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. La piscine de la résidence est un vrai plus ainsi que la terrasse privée. Alix nous a aussi fourni de très bonnes adresses de restaurants et de commerces de proximité.

Week end inizio Novembre. L'appartamento si presentava pulito e in ordine corrispondente alla descrizione vicinissimo al mare a negozi bar ristoranti. Quindi lo consiglio a chi vuol vivere il mare e godersi la vivacità di Alassio. Sicuramente quando avrò l'occasione cercherò di utilizzare nuovamente questo appartamento.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Boendet var finare i verkligheten än på bilderna! Skulle rekommendera denna lägenhet, fin och praktisk balkong. Enda nackdelen var att det ligger en bar nedanför som har öppet till 03 typ varje dag. 5/5 ⭐️

La casa di Paolo è meravigliosa , si vede che è stata pensata per viverci . La posizione è insuperabile , nel centro e sul mare . La casa resta comunque silenziosa chiudendo le finestre . Il garage è un plus indispensabile ed essendo la casa in zona pedonale non è possibile averlo sotto casa , si raggiunge comunque in 3 minuti a piedi ( passo lento) . Unico suggerimento , aggiungere alla ricca dotazione una macchina da caffè con cialde , per chi come me non ama la moca . Sotto casa ci sono un numero considerevole di bar , ma bere un caffè in pigiama guardando l’alba dalla terrazza “ Vale il Viaggio “ . Andrea e famiglia

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und schnell! Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Imperia.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung! Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch war das Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt gegenüber, in dem es eine reichliche Auswahl gab. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer war jeden Tag eine Freude!

Absolutely beautiful views. Ten minute walk to the beach. Very near beautiful hills and scenery. Within 2 hours of so many amazing places. Monaco, Genoa etc. and stunning villages and Ligurian Alpine lakes. The beautiful house is a place of two halves. One half, which is connected by an outside path up some stairs is stunning. Exactly as the pictures show. The other part of the house is spacious but certainly less modern. The smallest part of the house is the kitchen which is also dated however there is dishwasher. The recycling requires some careful attention. Getting up the driveway with a bigger car is a challenge. Andora has many restaurant options and a great bakery. We could feel that the house had many wonderful memories.

This apartment is in a great location - center of the town, 2 minutes from the train station, and right down the road from the beach. Everything was clean, and the pullout couch was very comfortable! Maria was a great host and was super helpful. Would definitely stay again!
