Hosts were very accomodating and helpful. Our enquiries were always answered promptly which made our travel plans smooth. Arrangements for transport was also hassle-free. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful place away from the busy city/town. For cold nights, bed warmer and room warmer was a definite plus. Huge thanks to Sen for always ensuring everything was accounted for!

Beautiful place as shown in the pictures. Surrounded by beautiful mountains which can be viewed from the balcony as soon as you open the balcony door. Once you get a hang of where the location is it's pretty easy. Place can be cleaned daily if you request for it. Host was very responsive and even offered to get us a cab from where we were in sapa town . Host was also very responsive. For the price we paid it was so worth it. Thank you to the host.

We loved our stay in this beautiful chalet overlooking the mountains. The views were incredible and the garden around the house was lovely! One thing to note for anyone considering staying here is that it is a 30-45 min drive from town - the roads are very rough from the recent typhoon. Other than that, this place was perfect :) Thankyou again for all your help Huyen with finding taxis for our group of six and to Sung for his help with our suitcases.

I am so glad I booked this homestay to gain a real experience of what Sa Pa has to offer. Mai's family was very hospitable and catered for all our needs. The property is quiet and great to walk the area amongst beautiful scenery. If you want to go into the main town it is easy and cheap to taxi in. We loved this place and highly recommend!

The place is peaceful and Tranquill. The host is very helpful. However the place is a bit walk from the main road. We didn't expect that. We went there during national day which is probably not the best time to visit Sapa. There's too much traffic the whole time. And we only had 3 days there. Anyways the home Stay is recommended.

Trang is such a warm and helpful person that I’d coming back just to experience her hospitality. I had a wonderful stay and expect to be back soon.

What a place! We had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful villa in Sapa. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. I was so proud to share this place with my international friends, and everyone was truly impressed. The services recommended by the hosts were excellent and reasonably priced, which made our trip even smoother. It was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Sapa. You won’t regret it!

Beautiful place right in the middle of rice fields surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. Host was very kind and helpful with everything. Trekking trails within walking distance. The place is in a very unique and beautiful location but not the most accessible roads. However, that is part of what makes the location so special. The host is very helpful at providing directions and can arrange for transport of luggage and guests on request. Home cooked meals to order are amazing as well!! I highly recommend and I to go back one day.

Jenny was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary. The entire team, especially Tien, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful and in a perfect location, within walking distance to Sapa Station. Highly recommend!

This Homestay is perfect for those trying to get out of busy sapa. It is a short walk from Cat Cat Tourist village (which is a bit overrated and very busy). The best thing about De’s homestay is the view from the rooms of Fansipan, amazing home cooked dinner and the trekking that De does. The trek took all day and was completly off the beaten track with a beautiful spot to swim and amazing views. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and great trekking! Just remember to bring bug repellent!

Fantastic, especially for the price. Ms. Tam was also extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave us food recommendations, booked the sleeper bus back to Hanoi, allowed us a late check out, offered more water and multiple cleans for the room. Absolutely nothing to criticise the place was great! Quiet at night, friendly people, two home stay dogs too, Moon and Toon 😁

Cương and his family are so kind and lovely. The room he provided was cute with a little windows to the rice field view. the heater mattress was a big plus for the cold weather in Sapa. We were lucky to be there in Tet holiday. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover Ta van by walking!

The room was exactly like the pictures with a very good view of the mountains of sapa. Location also good within walking distance of everything and some nice treks close by. The hosts were amazing and very helpful with sorting out taxis should you need them. Would definitely recommend. Very good value for money too :)

This hotel is extremely convenient and right in the heart of Sapa town. The location is a 5min walk from the iconic Sun Plaza mall in Sapa. I would say it is actually on the better side of the town, with a great plethora of restaurants, cafes, body massage shops and retail shops for souvenir and trekking items. It is also quiet at night as the building is not facing a bar or club. The room was clean and comfortable, with very helpful service staff. Heater in the bath works and room has a kettle. Laundry can be taken care of by the owner of the hotel, Mr. Toan. He is such a smiley person and extremely reliable and welcoming.. he helped me book a bus back to Hanoi at a cheaper price when I could not find anymore slots on booking apps for the next day. He also treated me to breakfast, a bowl of Pho across the street. I had such a great stay and if I ever visit Sapa again, Hà Giang Hotel will be it.

Lovely homestay a bit outside of Sapa in a quite area with a beautiful view over the valley. The staff was very kind and welcoming, always helpful and the food is super tasty! The opportunity of a family dinner is such a nice idea and I really liked it. It's an old wooden house at the countryside so you may hear people walking upstairs but apart of that is this accomondation really great and the only things you hear will be the wind chime at the entrance, crickets and birds. The room is small but the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I ever had in a Homestay! I had a wonderful time and highly recommend Moc Home SaPa

Much awesome place with great guest-host interactions and unique bonding experiences with roommates-turned-friends that you won't find anywhere else! My first trip to Sapa turned out to be greater than I thought it would be and Saigonese Homestay was part of the reason why it turned out spectacularly. Duyên was really nice and accommodating; she even gives you tips on how to travel like a local! Highly recommend and definitely would return for more adventurous experience in Sapa!

A beautifully curated and cozy space sitting a top a spectacular view of the mountains!! You can watch a breath taking sunset literally from your bed or out on the deck with the dogs or from the dining area enjoying a dinner made fresh. Our host, Jack, was a perfect resource for everything. Super friendly & available all the time which was really useful. It’s a 25 min ride from town, so it is not the most convenient if that’s where you’re looking to primarily be BUT if you’re looking for a quiet & unique, intentionally designed atmosphere to enjoy while visiting this amazing region, I highly encourage this stay! Also AC & warm water work very well.

This is a great place to stay out of the busyness of Sa Pa town. The room is beautiful and the views are amazing. If you arrive early or leave later than checkout time, there are restrooms and showers in the common area which is very convenient. The lodge offers hiking tours with local guides and we loved ours. Definitely not easy as described, but I'm glad we did it :) The swimming pool and all lounge area are a great plus. We didn't feel the need to leave the place on the days we wanted to rest. The staff is very caring and makes sure you have everything you need. There is also a spa to recharge after a long travel or trekking.

We are very happy to be here. The rooms are clean, warm and feel like home with a nice view of the mountains. Thanh is very kind and responsive, the other crew are also very kind, speak english well, and so helpful. Breakfast is delicious as well! The location is a little bit far from the centre of sapa which is good bcs it's so peaceful here. Definitely will come back if we visit sapa again next time. Thank you!

Mama Z is so lovely and her husband is as well! She is so sweet and made such delicious meals for us. By far the best food we’ve eaten since being in Vietnam. She also took us trekking! The surrounding area is stunning! The accommodation is very simple. Hot shower which was nice. Only thing is the beds were really hard. But overall would recommend Mama Z if you’re wanting to have an authentic experience! Thank you so much for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. There are some construction sites around right now, but that didn't affect the great views. Only the smoky smell from the open fireplace disturbed us a little. Possibly if you make your own fire not so tragic
