Super great homestay located in nature and away from hustle and bustle. There you just have a relaxing atmosphere. Phan is super sweet and helpful. Everything is clean and nicely prepared.

A beautifully curated and cozy space sitting a top a spectacular view of the mountains!! You can watch a breath taking sunset literally from your bed or out on the deck with the dogs or from the dining area enjoying a dinner made fresh. Our host, Jack, was a perfect resource for everything. Super friendly & available all the time which was really useful. It’s a 25 min ride from town, so it is not the most convenient if that’s where you’re looking to primarily be BUT if you’re looking for a quiet & unique, intentionally designed atmosphere to enjoy while visiting this amazing region, I highly encourage this stay! Also AC & warm water work very well.

The stay is away from the tourist area, at a quite place, with a great view. The waterfall and bamboo forest are nearby, and you live very close to the homes of villagers which is a unique experience in itself. If you want peace, enjoy nature and experience rural life with a great view of mountains and rice fields, this is the perfect stay for you.

I cannot say enough great things about Hieu and Legend Home. Hieu is an amazing host and is eager to help you plan your day. We would tell him what we wanted, he makes a call and we are set. He is so friendly and genuinely nice. His staff are the same. The accommodations are excellent. Hot showers, very comfortable bed, and the restaurant is fantastic. We arrived late at night and he greeted us out front, led us to our room, explained the necessities and left us alone. An excellent experience in all ways.

The room was just like in the pictures, very clean and spacious. I got to the hostel very late at night and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would book again!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay here! The hostess was such a kind and gentle soul. She really took great care of us. And she cooks amazing as well. Thank you so much! The house is located in the centre of Ta Van village, and everything you need is close by. Restaurants, spa’s, and most important of all: great Hiking possibilities. There are waterfalls, hills, bridges all in a range of 2 hours walk. It can get quite chilly, and one of the best things in the house was the fact that there was plenty of hot water, and a electric blanket. Genius! It’s a rural area, so most of the houses keeps 1 or 2 dogs roaming outside. And if you are just like me, bit afraid of the dogs.. consider it a great exposure therapy. Because there’s a lot of them. But luckily most are gentle giants.

I had a wonderful stay at Rock Garden Homestay in Sapa! Even though the weather was cloudy and I couldn’t see the mountain views, the peaceful atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hosts made it a memorable experience. The homestay itself is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt at home. They prepared delicious meals that were perfect for the chilly weather, and their kindness truly brightened my trip. While I missed the famous mountain views due to the clouds, the serene surroundings and cool mist added a unique charm to the experience. It felt like being in a quiet, hidden retreat far away from the busy world. I highly recommend Rock Garden Homestay for anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, even if the weather isn’t perfect. I hope to come back someday and catch those stunning views!

Very responsive host and place was clean and comfortable. The location is also near toh the sunworld plaza and other attraction in sapa. All in all it was a nice stay at Minh's.

From the very start they are very helpful to us as they were very responsive to us. the listing was exactly the same, it was clean and the view was amazing. They even have free water, foods and heater which is very helpful to us during cold nights. After checkout the staff/owner(not sure) even gave us a souvenir. Overall, I would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!

We really enjoyed Mama Gia's hospitality! We almost felt as part of the family. The rooms are new and of nice bamboo material with a great view over the rice fields. We got great advice both before the travel as also for our further trip. They were really caring! But the thing we most enjoyed was the family dinner. We got a lot of interesting informations and probably the best food we had so far in Vietnam with rice from the family's own fields.

The food is very good.The atmosphere is warm.The receptionist is friendly and welcoming, but not overly enthusiastic.A great place to relax and enjoy the rest of the scenery with delicious food.Only the sound insulation is poor, and it will be a little fun if you encounter too lively children's groups.

Chang is very kind and helpful. The location is cozy, clean and so comfortable. Chang also managed to organize two perfects trekkings in the forest and in the rice terraces near by the home stay, with very stunning views! We had a local dinner at the homestay that was delicious! Very recommended!

Hoang's place was great. Everything is perfect: price, location, atmosphere, staff. You can reach to most common trekking routes from his house. It's good to locate the accommodation in google map under the name "Chom homestay", though its name board is "Upland homestay" when you get to it, just fyi :) Everyone here was super helpful. I felt at home. Recommended!

Upon check in we got upgraded to hotel rooms, booked for four of us and were put into two rooms with two double beds in each room, bathroom was well stocked with great amenities as well as being clean and always having hot water. Beds were comfortable and the room had a TV with everything loaded onto it. Our room also had a balcony! 10/10 recommend. Also walkable to the town of sapa with restaurants next door.

Wonderful peaceful homestay with very friendly hosts. Would recommend as a base to explore Sa Pa!
