vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. The host is amazing and very kind and caring I found I could reach out and ask about anything even with travel details and they were very informative and helpful. I 100% recommend this to any travelers on the goand to remember to take care of such a beautiful home. It is a very wonderful location. I pray to come back to in the future.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

It was a great place. Very spacious and open. The pool was clean and cool. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great experience.

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely beautiful and added a really peaceful vibe to the whole stay. The location was also really convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away, which made grabbing essentials or a quick bite incredibly easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

We rented the apartment for 3 weeks. the kitchen was great and had everything. Manny is the best host we could hope for. there is a big supermarket and mall with a gym near and the filling was great, thank you Manny.

He estado un mes en el apartamento. Trabajo online y tener un silla y oficina para trabajar cómodo ha sido lo mejor de la estancia. El apartamento está a 3 minutos caminando del centro comercial mas grande de Cebú, el Ayala Mall. Tienes supermercado, tiendas y restaurantes al lado. Puedes hacer delivery y que lo dejen en recepción. Tienes piscina y fácil acceso para pedir un Grab. El anfitrión de 10, siempre atento y amable. Lo recomiendo 100%🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The condo at Baseline is fantastic. Clean, comfortable and easy to walk to restaurants etc. I will definitely be staying with Janice again.

We stayed last year and it was a great place to stay. Now, in our second time, I can say they have maintained the place really well plus the host Maam Sia was very responsive when we requested iron and slippers. We also appreciate the free water bottles and linens that smell good.

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

We absolutely loved our stay here, especially the working stations. You can choose the perfect spot to set up your laptop, making it ideal for anyone working remotely. As a virtual assistant, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and productive environment. Sunsets and the skyline is just stunning! Although we didn't fully enjoy staying on the balcony because of the weather, everything else made up for it. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the pool since it was under maintenance, but hopefully, we’ll get a chance to next time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’re grateful to the host for making our time here so peaceful and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful place!

I got to enjoy this wonderful place for about 10 days. I can’t brag enough about it. Plenty of security so you always feel safe. Everything I needed could be find inside the small Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail went into making this place perfect. Found a small clothes steamer provided that allowed me to make my clothes wrinkle free. The Kitchenette had everything at your fingertips. A booklet was laminated that answered any questions you had. Spotlessly clean and everything worked! The host always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay again when I stay in CEBU again.

Very nice place to stay. All the amenities are perfect. Stores and eateries are very close by. Room was very comfortable.

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war diese Unterkunft nichts anderes als sehr empfehlenswert! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man ist in der Nah an ziemlich alles und die Unterkunft selber ist sehr bequem und sauber. Dies alles zu einem extrem vernünftigen Preis. 10/10

First of all the unit is very clean and very comfortable. The location is clean and has a lot of activities for adults and kids. And most importantly the hosts are very responsive, helpful and very accommodating.
