The holiday apartment is located on the shore of a clear and drinkable clean Päijänne. You have access to all the amenities of our summer cottages, from air conditioning to a sauna. There is the option to heat a large hot tub on-site for an additional fee of €50. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

In the summer kitchen, you can cook either on an open fire or on a gas grill. The summer kitchen and the cottage kitchen complement each other perfectly. The fun mobile sauna heats up with wood and offers gentle steam baths and a place to wash with lake water. The large lake terrace is most likely the most beautiful living room where you have watched nature shows.

Come and experience the authentic rural idyll on the shores of Lake Päijänne in Sysmä! This unique old house has a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. It's easy to relax here with a larger group. The house has sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people. You have a kitchen for cooking, a spacious living room and three bedrooms. Plus, you'll have a large yard at your disposal. The traditional wood-fired sauna offers relaxing steam, and after the sauna you can dive straight into the clear waters of Lake Päijänne.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä. Rantasauna ja terassialueita, missä on ruokailutiloja ja sohvaryhmiä. Poreallas ja ulkosuihku. Voimme tarjota myös kuljetuksia autolla tai veneellä.

Even though the place is surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature, you are just about 10 minutes drive away from downtown Lahti with all the restaurants and entertainment.

The building has been executed with architectual details and built by hand. This cottage emphasizes comfort and simplicity.

Puulämmitteinen rantasauna ja saunatupa, missä kesäisin myös yöpyminen mahdollista. Valokuituyhteys, joten etätyöskentely mahdollista. Pitkinä hellejaksoina Kymijärvessä saattaa satunnaisesti olla sinilevää. Lemmikit sovittava erikseen.
