The apartment is on the first floor of our single-family home. We live on the 2nd and 3rd floors. From the dining room/kitchen, turn left into the bedroom and to the right is the bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Lockable garage for the bicycles is available. Close to restaurants

The apartment is 94 sqm and is located on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house without elevator and is usable for 6 people. The old town is 5 minutes away on foot and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

The town of Braubach is located in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage "Oberes Mittelrheintal" about 10 km south of Koblenz. The well-known hiking trail Rheinsteig passes only 50 m from the Fereienwohnung.
