The Shoemakers House is a recently renovated house at the back of Main Street, right in the heart of Ennistymon, accessed by a lane. The house is spacious and bright with an open plan kitchen/dining/living room area. The patio doors open onto a quaint yard paved with Moher flags. The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The two main bedrooms have king beds and there are two single rooms, all with comfy mattresses. The Cuckoo's Nest is a newly renovated cottage located just a two minute walk to the famous O'Connor's Pub, which has traditional music every night in the main tourist season and every weekend outside of this time.
