The Hostess Lynette was amazing and acted promptly with any issues I had. The Unit is in a good location and the pool and gym are quite nice. Also, the Unit is larger than most in the building, which made for a comfortable stay.

It was a short stay, but I'm really grateful to Ate Tess for her warm hospitality and attentiveness. The place was clean and comfortable, though a bit on the older side—understandable since it's been around since 2018. It definitely had a homey feel. If you're looking for something ultra-modern or aesthetically polished, this may not be it, but I truly appreciated the cozy, laid-back vibe. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything was spotless—and the AC worked perfectly. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay.

Definitely a great deal considering the unit is in the BGC area, just a few minutes walk to High Street. unit is 2 floors, has 2 separate bedrooms and the T&B upstairs, while downstairs is the kitchen, dining & living room area. Air conditioning is great and has amenities such as wifi, microwave, refrigerator, iron & hairdryer too. provides towels also. bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo are not provided, but it's totally ok. there is a 711 and a laundry place on the ground floor of the building. overall, loved it, will recommend and choose to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location, so extremely clean (there wasn’t even a trace of dust on the tables or boards), everything is listed exactly how it is described. We felt very safe and comfortable with the host as well! This, by far, is probably the best Airbnb I have stayed in the countries I’ve visited. Thank You So Much Adrian and family!! Great location in Makati. The unit has everything you need for a long stay and the loft allows for plenty of space.

I stayed in Donna's place for almost a month, and the first thing to note is that it is unusually bright and open. The split level design of the apartment makes it one of the more unique AirBnBs in Makati (most are stifling rectangles). There are ample dishes, and water is supplied along with the service to get more for longer stays. A/C, internet, power - everything was stable and quality. Very responsive. There were a few issues with the checkin/checkout, but the responses were always fast and caring. I recommend this to anyone, especially for longer stays.

Started the year at Mars’ place. It was so comfy and the unit looked exactly like the photos. Will definitely book again :)

The unit that we stayed in was clean with complete amenities. It was also located near different malls. Ms. Dang was super responsive and helpful too. Hassle-free check-in and out. Enjoyed our stay very much!

though place is a little bit small and needs some repair but we find it homey,peaceful and accessible rooms are comfortable even we are in big group parking is Ok but quite pricey for overnight stay it could been fix rate for airbnb users

Very close to Nuvali shopping/dining district, place is homey, it has the 'home essentials' you would expect, place is clean and well-kept. Internet connectivity over pocket wi-fi provided is a bit of a let down, as it didn't gave us the internet speeds we are hoping for and connection keeps on dropping, so most of the time we need to switch to our mobile 4G connection to get online (not a deal breaker though, but a solid broadband connection would be sweet!). Overall, a great place to feel at home while away from home, 2 thumbs up!.

Well maintained unit. Everything mentioned is what you get. Good for groups with its two bedrooms and sofabed. Location is also very near to burgos circle and high street.Lots of places to eat and chill out.

Great place for staycation.

the place looks nice and well kept. we booked the place last minute, thankfully Rose and her team are very responsinve and they provided us the check-in details right away. the self check-in and out went really smooth, no hassle at all. the only concern we have was the kitchen plates and utensils because we noticed the plates were dusty and there was a cockroach inside the untensils cabinet. we opt not to use the utensils but good thing they provided a dishwashing liquid to wash the plates. other than that we had a pleasant stay. 😊

The instructions are very clear, we arrived exactly at the place. The room is also very spacious and clean. Thank you very much!

My three-day stay at Cloves Den the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy quality time . The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, exceeding my expectations. I found the location convenient and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. I would highly recommend Cloves Den  to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Well, the place is near bars and clubs.. it is located in a busy street in Makati where life happens every night. The host is very responsive and accomodating to our concerns. She has prepared our neccessities too but the big plus is.. the place is quiet so you can really rest well.
