The house is located in a very quiet area to rest. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and they provide you with everything you need to do it. The pool is warm and the pool area was what we enjoyed the most. I would definitely come back! The instructions to get to the house were very clear and Veronica answered our questions in time, she was always attentive.

We were happy, the house is as described, Oscar and Lorena were always attentive to what we wrote to them and responded quickly and solved the details promptly. The house is nice and comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the pool is a good size, we paid for the boiler, so the water was always at an excellent temperature both day and night. The garden, barbecue area and campfire area are very nice. The hosts were flexible to our requests and kind. Thank you

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

It was a real pleasure to spend the weekend in this house. The place was spotless. All the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. The bathrooms are very spacious and the water pressure in the showers is perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and garden. Overall it was a wonderful and we received great service from the people who take care of the house and the hosts. A highly recommended place and we would definitely love to book with them again.

The depto 10/10 was super nice, super clean and super tidy!😬 Only if you're looking for something centrally it's a bit far away, if or if a vehicle is needed. There are not so many things close but if you are looking to relax 10/10 Only the neighbors are rude and watch you like you were a criminal. Although this is not the obvious fault of the homeowner. Since we were touched by vacations there were a lot of people in the common areas with a lot of noise and disaster but that does not depend on the host either. Merely the depto is super nice, super comfortable, clean and has all the necessary things and communication with host was always clear and accurate apart from being very flexible!🤭

We had a great time the week we stayed. There were four adults, my 7-month-old baby and two dogs, and we really liked it. We didn't find any insects, everything was very clean. Two things that fascinated us were that the ceiling fans completely cool the house, and that the solar panels heat the pool and jacuzzi water very well, so both inside the house and in the water everything was excellent. Finally, the garden is very well maintained, our dogs were able to run and play at ease. Thank you very much for everything, we will certainly come back! ♡

I really liked it, it is comfortable, beautiful and Abraham was always very kind and respectful and was not intrusive, none of that, I commented because I read a comment that said there was no privacy but in my experience it was not like that. I consider the caldera not occupied, with the March weather the water was in point. He was also very kind with the departure time, he did not press at all. Thank you very much for everything

We stayed 6 people from Friday to Sunday and had a great time. The house is comfortable, with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The pool was amazing, the water had a perfect temperature for the season. The kitchen has what you need and everything works well, plus the detail of the drinking water is appreciated. The only thing that would improve is the water pressure in the showers as it came out very little. It would also be good to have an enclosed space with air conditioning or fan to live in the night without mosquitoes, perhaps with sliding doors in one of the dining rooms. Marisela was always attentive and responded quickly to any requests. Overall a very good experience. 100% recommended.

This is the second time I've stayed with Nalle. This time it was to celebrate the national holidays with the family during the long weekend. Nalle had the great gesture of decorating the place and left us a welcome gift. These kinds of details are appreciated and make a difference. It should be added that we really enjoyed the stay: the children swam, we made roast meat and we were able to spend time together both in the house and in the palapa. The house matches the description and pictures. Nalle is always attentive and gives you all the information you need for check-in, check-out and your stay. Finally, the residential complex is very quiet and is always well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Great choice!! The place is amazing, the pool is very large and the water temperature is perfect, the kitchen comes fully equipped and the apartment is spotless and super cared for!! The attention of the hosts was very good, they always answered the messages and were attentive to us. I would definitely stay here again.

The entire subdivision and apartment is as you see it in the photos, the amenities of the subdivision are very nice and in excellent condition. Just to let you know that the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms doesn't work. From there on, everything was perfect!
