The location was great, walking distance to the beach, near a very nice beach club. Guards were very attentive and also polite and friendly. There was a small problem with some noisy neighbors and both Charlotte and the guards were quick to ask them to quiet down. The power went out on Sat but Charlotte kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. She also offered a refund, which was very professional and nice.

I can't express how happy I am with this place. walking distance to the pier, bar and restaurants. Jenny made us feel right at home. extremely kind and commutative about everything. we had a 8 hour drive we were hot and tired when we checked in late night and she let us enjoy the pool after hours. that was so thoughtful of her. the place had everything and it was immaculate clean and packed with so many goodies to be comfortable. the condo was so nice and comfortable that we didn't wanted to leave the place to explore the areas of Tela. we will definitely be coming back to visit Jenny's place. Place was very clean and organized. Our stay was very short but we enjoyed it a lot. Placed had everything needed for a comfortable stay
