Wow! This location far exceeded my expectations. The entire unit is brand new and very chic. The furniture is comfortable. stylish and includes many great art pieces that give the space life you don't find in hotels. The gated neighborhood is peaceful, quite, and cute. There is a convenience store in the complex and the area outside is pleasantly walkable. Pepe is a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk too, make sure to spend some time getting to know him. Simply put, this is the best deal in town and should not be missed. I can't wait to return for another stay. Thanks Pepe!

Everything was very good, the apartment is spacious and nice as seen in the photos, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent for the heat. If you hear the noise from the street but the area is quiet.

Excellent accommodation , house wide. we really like that I had 3 useful showers to use at the same time , good location near pharmacy and restaurants,the host is very kind and effective in answering and helping.

A luxurious, cool and comfortable stay

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

The place is identical to the listing and the care provided by the host and by yuritzi, always pending any needs that may arise. Any damage in the house you report and as soon as they come to solve it, all the workers in the condominium are super friendly and smiling. 100% recommended if you want a moment to relax, if you want to party noise and relax if I suggest looking for another option since they have several rules in the condominium that might not match these needs. But in particular I am very satisfied with our stay in house 17A, room with king bed and in the living room a sofa bed, clean house with all the necessary accessories so you don't load anything. Shops and restaurants less than 5 min in 🚗 and with an amazing view on the terrace.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay, I'll definitely be back in a couple of weeks. The area is quite quiet and the location is great. Very close to all the squares and restaurants. The apartment has very good lighting, the amenities are ample and above all, it's very safe.

Marios place was perfect, felt comfortable and right at home. Great location lots to do within a close range of the apartment. Mario was also very responsive would quickly communicate back and very flexible and friendly I would recommend this place to Family or anyone that is visiting Guadalajara

The accommodation is what you'd expect to rest, it's tidy and with plenty of space, plus the internet is fast. Gonzalo was always attentive and was quite kind in giving us schedule flexibility.

Super comfortable... we got there easily. The stay was very pleasant and we had the places we needed very close by. Elizabeth is always very friendly. We'll be back for sure!!

An excellent place, comfortable, pleasant and very accessible, mainly protected by guards at the time of access. It's only important to be clear about the pool requirements and schedules. (The managers got confused) but the host resolved it quickly. Highly recommended
