We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

un lugar agradable para descansar, con diferentes amenidades para adultos y niños. El lugar es idéntico al anuncio y la atención brindada por el anfitrión y por yuritzi ni se diga, siempre pendientes de las necesidades que se pudieran presentar. Cualquier desperfecto en casa lo reportas y a la brevedad acuden a solucionarlo, todos los trabajadores del condominio son super amables y sonrientes. recomendado al 100% si deseas un momento para relajarte, si lo que deseas es fiesta ruido y relajo si sugiero buscar otra opción ya que cuentan con varias reglas en el condominio que podrían no coincidir con estás necesidades. Pero en lo particular estoy muy satisfecha con nuestra estadía en la casa 17A, habitación con cama king y en la sala un sofá cama, casa limpia con todos los accesorios necesarios para que no cargues nada. Tiendas y restaurantes a menos de 5 min en 🚗 y con una vista increíble en la terraza.

This house is beautiful, spacious, perfectly equipped, and comfortable. The view of Lake Chapala is amazing, and the view of the mountains is even better. Ulyses is probably the best host I have ever had, always working with us to meet every need. This was a great experience.

The exterior of the upper unit is displayed, featuring a vibrant red facade with white detailing. Lush green hedges frame the entrance, which includes a textured wall and two large garage doors. Bright sunlight highlights the cobblestone pathway leading up to the home.

this was my 2nd time staying in this airbnb. Great apartment and hosting. well appointed and well laid out, very clean. the only issue, which is not uncommon Ajijic, was the barking dogs nearby and the road noise, especially in the front room. I'm a good sleeper so managed but it could be a factor for some. Barking dogs seem to be ok with locals...to me, it's tedious after a while. That said, I would stay in this apartment again. It is well located on the mountainside, which I prefer. The uphill walk isn't too bad and it's minutes into town. Maria (local host) was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, mi familia y yo nos hospedamos ahí porque tuvimos un evento en Hacienda Ciprés que está súper cerca de ahí. En cuando a la casa todo impecable, las fotos son exactamente iguales en persona, el residencial es súper tranquilo y muy bonito y además súper seguro. Lo recomiendo bastante .

Excelente estancia, un lugar muy agradable y cómodo para estar. Nos gusta mucho esa zona y la ubicación es muy buena porque está todo accesible. Edgar muy atento en todo momento. Por lo mismo que es un espacio abierto había muchos mosquitos pero dejaron repelente y plaquitas lo cual ayudó bastante pero de ahí en más sin problemas.
