The villa is located within walking distance from the most popular surfing and family beach in the Algarve. There are at least six nice restaurants in close proximity to hang out. The villa has got four lush bedrooms (two en-suites) and an attic with a roof terrace. The kitchen is newly built. We tried to make it nice, practical and sustainable. Pretty much all of the furniture in the house is handmade from local wood or reclaimed materials. All imperfections, like the slight wobble of the tables, are intentional. The house has a very efficient log burner and a Wi-Fi enabled Yamaha / B&W sound system. We have a small football pitch, table tennis, two soft surfboards, skate board, 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board. There is a BBQ on the terrace where you can cook for a large group or just have a nice BBQ yourself. We are trying to be as environmentally conscious as possible: the villa has LED bulbs installed all around, we help our guests to save water, the appliances are A++ rated, we provide environmentally degradable cleaning products, ask all guests to recycle, so the local landfill is not going to burst and (hopefully!). We also have a photovoltaic systems installed.

Monte da Cunca consists of buildings with eight studios of different sizes, the name of this accommodation is VENTO measuring 30 m2. The studio is designed to be functional, simple, and clean, but with special attention to detail, is an open space, downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower, on the top floor a double bed 150 by 200. Outside you have your private space with chairs and table, as well there is a common area to share with the other guests .
