We had a very nice week at João's place. The tiny house was cozy, clean and in a perfect location. All restaurants and the sea are within walking distance. So location is perfect. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! We had such a relaxing stay :) So cool to see how everything was up-cycled! Judith and Jerry are amazing hosts and gave us so many wonderful recommendations in the area! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay ☀️ (and super cute dogs on the property :))

This place is simply lovely :-) It‘s really cozy, with an eye for detail, it got everything one needs - as well as being inspiring on how to make one’s house more sustainable. Diana also was so nice, giving me a lift , sharing some veggies from her garden, being around for a little chat. And yeah it is truly off grid, but one day I had a really nice hike to Barão de São João, so for nature and calmness it was ideal. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. the apartment offers everything two people need and is the perfect starting point in the middle of everything in the western part of the Algarve. The sun terras offers a great view as well! One tip: ventilate the house enough and use the dehumidifiers that are included. the humidity has trouble finding its way outside of the house! we really recommend staying here! we had an unforgettable time.

Casa Ivana is such a gem! We stayed for 7 weeks and felt immediately at home. The house has everything you need for a longer stay (especially the fully-equipped kitchen!) and has a cosy feel to it. We worked remotely very comfortably. The house was very clean and Nicki and Ivan are wonderful hosts, quick to respond and making sure you have everything you need. They live around the corner so we had some nice chats and got plenty of recommendations (e.g. for good surf lessons). What we appreciated about the area is that there are multiple paths to go hiking and running from the house, so you don’t need your car every day. Budens is a charming village with a few nice restaurants. All in all, a wonderful experience.

I booked this Airbnb for my best friend’s 23rd birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, and we felt totally safe the entire time. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. I let Christina know it was my friend’s birthday, and she went above and beyond—she surprised us with a cake and candles, which made the celebration even more special. Just a heads-up for future guests: there’s an additional fee for extra guests, even if there are multiple beds—so make sure to double-check the listing details. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and I’d love to stay here again!

Quinta Kakelbont is one of the most relaxed places I’ve ever been to. The place is located on a huge place of land with 4 really relaxed dogs, 2 super cute pigs and so many fruit trees, where you can pick fresh oranges. It’s super calm and beautiful. The house is very cozy, the bed is comfy and there’s a kitchen with all the appliances. Sjoukje and Carlos are great hosts, we can definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxed stay.

Everything worked out very well, flexible self check-in and check-out! The communication with the agency was very good, the staff were very polite and solved the Wi-Fi problem in person at short notice! The location was quiet, the small garden with the mini pool very nice and sufficient. Only point that could be improved: There is only one small shelf in the bedroom for a suitcase and a small mini dressing bar. Otherwise everything was there. Thanks again for the flexibility to check out!

Original accommodation in a peaceful location in a quiet little town. The place is pretty good to visit the Algarve if you have the car. The little house includes the bed, shower and bathroom are separate. Pretty setting with pink flamingos behind the property. Nice experience to live in during the nice weather (unfortunately it rained a little during our stay and it's more complicated to enjoy the place). The host was very available when we arrived late.
