You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. Built with ecological materials, furnished with care, it is located 100m from the river and its large sandy beach, in one of the most beautiful valleys of Ardèche ! The 20m2 yurt can easily accommodate two adults and two children. A wooden house of 15m2 is also dedicated to you with kitchen, bathroom, toilet and, as a bonus, a view of the river!
