Adults with or without children will be comfortable in this roomy condo with many unique hand-crafted furnishings. Upstairs there is a loft with a playroom. The laundry room is in the basement which has two couches and a TV. There are two lakes within the HOA, a tennis court, a playground, and access to Swaner Nature Preserve, a 1200-acre wetland park for wildlife and public use, providing an island of nature to be enjoyed year around. My husband is allergic, so pets are not allowed .
