Monthly Rentals in Lagoa Banana

Everything was great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower in the social bathroom (in the service area) was not working, there was no shower installed. Another observation that must be made: the condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and they collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this annoying and embarrassing, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The apartment is beautiful, with several utensils available that made our stay comfortable, meeting all our needs. The extremely comfortable beds and pillows, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room are always pleasant. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment
