Great spot and stay and good price

We had a great stay. The location was very easy to find using the map and easy to get into. Perfect location on the island of Flores with easy access to Tikal and Lake Peten-itza. Private and quiet at night. Cold AC with a huge fan to help even more with the heat. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to explore in particular Tikal.Jezioro across the street,restaurants just around the corner. Comfortable beds ,quite well equipped apartment. Very good contact with Andha. The wifi works perfectly, hot water in the shower. It's a little buzzing in the morning - there's a school on the street, but if you're up in the morning, it's not a problem. The apartment is comfortable and has the basics for cooking some things, it is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I just think it's important to keep in mind that the balcony of the room faces a club.

A very good stay!

It's a very cozy place. Like you were at home. Easy access, very close to the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can rest without any noise. Air conditioning working at one hundred.

Perfect location, very secure, had everything we needed for our three night stay. Host was so friendly and answered all of our questions right away. We would stay here again.

the place is beautiful, it is a complete house with 3 levels and matches the description. The location in Google of the place is not accurate, ubiquense by the photos of the publication, thanks to Isabel who was on the slope and her response was immediate. We found the place.

The accommodation was perfect and a 5-minute walk to the airport. It's perfect if you have a very early flight in the morning because you just have to cross the road. It was really secure, there are guards near the residence. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and a cleaning lady comes every day. You can wash your clothes for 60 quetzals per machine with 15 quetzals of laundry. If you want to go to Flores Island, it takes 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tuk tuk (about 20 quetzal for two people) I recommend it!

Everything was excellent, Rosa is an incredible person, very attentive and respectful. A 10 out of 10 stay, everything was very good and I would definitely come back...
