Very nice view of Flores. Under construction on the ground. Very clean accommodation and the sheets smelled good! Has given us great places to visit know the area a lot.

We had a very pleasent stay with Mary. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. We had all personal hygiene items we needed and all necessary things in the kitchen as well. The fan and the AC worked well, so did the wifi. There’s a smart TV. You can do your laundry for free. The neighborhood was calm and felt safe. It’s a short tuktuk ride from both the island and the bus terminal. Mary was very nice and helpful, it was easy to communicate with her. The only downside was that there’s no running water 24 hours a day (there are certain hours for it), and we had to learn it after getting back to the apartment on our first evening. It’s okay because there’s clean water prepared in buckets, but it would have been nice if it had been mentioned in the description.

Absolutely stunning location with a beautiful view of Flores island and the friendliest hosts you could ask for. Would love to come back and stay again.

There are three people as hosts - and they were not kind to my family at all. They left a single roll of 🧻 toilet paper for three people for 4 days. I requested support and Gustavo's response was not at all pleasant. Although if someone gets scolded, I'll send it. How ugly you must be to lose stars🌟. The kitchen has no cleaners or towels to dry your hands. Inconvenient. Well, we didn't get to ask for anything for free, everything was well paid. Much to be desired. This experience teaches us to read the comments carefully before booking. And we leave everything clean, 🧼 which is our Erica seal. It's hard to climb so many stairs, but in the end we got the best out of the place - one day at a time - and the music 🎵 from the corner canteen didn't bother us in the end because we were so tired. Thank you very much, I would return but to the hotel.

I recommend the apartment is in very good condition, it has good Internet, Smart TV, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom and everything is perfect, not to mention, the beds are comfortable. washing machine at the disposal, and at the same time there is a store with everything necessary for any additional need, the location is very good, very close to Flores, I highly recommend it She took care of us impeccable and was always ready for us and helping us Would definitely come back, worth it

Descent place in very good location!

I would recommend staying here! It was a nice place with a lovely roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was better equipped than I expected which made cooking easy. Communication was great and they were really kind and helpful! Only downside was that the wifi basically doesn’t work.

excellent place, recommended the host is very attentive, kind and kind, the area is very well close to Tikal, ideal for sleeping and visiting the different tourist sites that are around.

Nice spot, Easy walking to everything.. It was a celebration week Jan 6-15. so it gets loud at times.. mostly fireworks..

Excellent stay, the place is beautiful with beautiful views, the rooms are nice and very well decorated and thoughtfully cared for, the comfortable beds and the delicious shower. You can get into the lake on the dock and it's delicious! Eduardo is an excellent host, always attentive to us and recommending places and times of visit, he helped us in everything and is a very attentive and friendly person. Delicious coffee maker in the mornings and availability of everything in the cold, the kitchen and the social area to eat is spacious and very nice with a large balcony to enjoy the view…. 100 points in all aspects!! We loved it and I'm sure we'll be back because we didn't get the time! Thank you Eduardo for everything, your attentions made the place more special !!

Excellent place to enjoy the lake and a beautiful view of the island of flowers

Good accommodations, comfortable and quiet. Very nice to rest as a family. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Beautiful view, comfy bed, great staff and responsive host, great laundry, good kitchen, reliable wifi and amazing quiet location near the islands best restaurants. The room is cosy with an external private bathroom. It’s an incredible spot to stay, we would come back in a heart beat.

The place is perfect for going directly to visit the archaeological park, there are restaurants nearby and it is very quiet. There's a wonderful sunset.

A lovely place to enjoy the wonderful surroundings. You are about to step into the water from the house…Recommended!
