Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's house which is in a very quiet environment and has a grandiose view! The house matches the listing and photos in every way; the pool for exclusive use is beautiful! One of the advantages not shown in the photos is that the pool is fenced, which allowed us to enjoy the garden with peace of mind with a 2 year old. As soon as we arrived , our host Alessandro was very available, proactive, considerate and very friendly, in short the perfect host! It was a pleasure to stay with Alessandro and to meet him!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! We look forward to returning and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Fano!

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos, if not even more beautiful! A special mention for the host Giovanna: she responds immediately to messages, is very helpful and allowed a flexible check-out. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

As already mentioned in other reviews, the house is really magnificent and well maintained. From the bedroom to the bathroom, to the dining room, everything is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a relaxing stay. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains simply by opening the kitchen window and avoiding the summer heat of our home. In addition, all around you can take pleasant walks surrounded by nature, in silence and in the cool. It is important to note that to reach the house it is essential to have a car. As for the phone reception, I recommend placing the phone in the kitchen window area or above the refrigerator. Our stay was marked by some misadventures, but Laurence and Leonardo were incredibly helpful and ready to help. I highly recommend Casanelli! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful hospitality!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

This place is amazing. We spent two weeks here and had the best time. The house is as pictured and very thoughtfully setup with all the amenities; heated pool, double dishwashers, double washing machines, great linens, plenty of hot water, etc. We had our two small children with us and the house is very well setup for kids - books, toys, cribs, changing tables. Even baby monitors and mosquito nets for the cribs! The town nearby is very quaint and we loved going to the bakery and letting our son explore the town. Anything significant (wineries, lots of restaurants, groceries, etc is >20 mins away so you certainly need a car and will do some driving). The only downside are the bugs, but you are in the country so this is to be expected. We had a hard time keeping the rooms cool because a few of the screens had rips in them so the bugs got in if we opened the windows. Anna was responsive and helpful in planning and during our stay we used the on-site contact. We want to go back!

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the terrace is very nice. We spent a week here, but it really felt like home for everyone. The beach is close and can be reached in 15 minutes maximum. Would recommend to anyone.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️
