House vacation rentals in Lago di Mercatale

We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying with my friends for 4 days at Casale Santo Stefano and the structure turned out to be perfectly in line with the description. Host Massimiliano and his mom were very helpful. I recommend Casale Santo Stefano to everyone

We had a very nice vacation. The place was clean and very nicely decorated, and the hosts were very dedicated and friendly. We would recommend this place at any time!

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Very nice, quiet surroundings. Great house, equipped with the essentials. Washing machine is great. A good restaurant is within 15 minutes walking distance. In 15 minutes by car you are in the next largest town with shopping center etc. as well as by the sea. However, without a car, it is difficult to plan activities. Price/performance is great and the hostess very helpful and nice.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

A pleasant stay in this beautiful, large and comfortable home. The property was very clean, nothing was missing, indeed the hostess Ms. Vanessa, left us milk, croissants, jam. A loving person. We will definitely be back and I recommend it for a nice stay in this beautiful home.

Cozy home just a stone's throw from the walls of Città di Castello, very convenient indoor parking. The house is very clean and functional, Laura welcomed us in person despite the torrential rain. The pie she made for us for breakfast was also excellent. Great experience.

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! We look forward to returning and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Fano!

The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the terrace is very nice. We spent a week here, but it really felt like home for everyone. The beach is close and can be reached in 15 minutes maximum. Would recommend to anyone.

Except for the inconvenience of not having WI-FI, everything else is pretty good. It's a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall, perfect for people attending the exhibition.

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos, if not even more beautiful! A special mention for the host Giovanna: she responds immediately to messages, is very helpful and allowed a flexible check-out. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

The accommodation matches the description, is on three floors and is equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous manner. Having to report the only "negative" thing that we discovered only upon our arrival and on which the owner is already working is the poor telephone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot it was not possible to use the internet on the PC because the phones (of different operators) did not have reception. However, a stable connection will soon be available, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure of it. For the rest, check-in and check-out are very simple, quiet area but close to services (bus stop right outside the gate) and small touches that made us feel at home, such as chocolates and a bottle of wine that were offered to us. As already mentioned in other reviews, the house is really magnificent and well maintained. From the bedroom to the bathroom, to the dining room, everything is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a relaxing stay. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains simply by opening the kitchen window and avoiding the summer heat of our home. In addition, all around you can take pleasant walks surrounded by nature, in silence and in the cool. It is important to note that to reach the house it is essential to have a car. As for the phone reception, I recommend placing the phone in the kitchen window area or above the refrigerator. Our stay was marked by some misadventures, but Laurence and Leonardo were incredibly helpful and ready to help. I highly recommend Casanelli! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful hospitality!

We were in Cattolica for the MotoGP and Cristina and her accommodation were perfect for our mini vacation. The 4 bicycles available were super useful for us to reach the circuit, the perfect house for 4 and equipped with every comfort, very close to the center that we reached on foot! Kind, friendly and available for everything! We'll be back for sure! Thank you so much!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Great house! If you like peace and quiet, you will find this one. Marco is super nice and helpful! It has an extremely well maintained house. Very well equipped kitchen! Upon arrival, you should have enough meals with you so that you can get over the first few days. It's a 20-minute drive to shop . Thanks Maco. We will be happy to come back!
