A great apartment, with all the comforts. Upon entering, we were positively surprised how neat and clean it was. Exactly as in the pictures! Good explanation before arrival.

The apartment is clean, small, cozy and beautiful. Metro very close and 1 station from Disney. The hosts respond very quickly and were very kind with my check-in.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Thank you! :) Clean apartment which is perfect for 2 adults with 1-2 kids. Area is quiet. Short walk to Val d Europe station. Cafeterias, restaurants and supermarket are close to apartment. Perfect location for Disneyland visit and you can see fireworks from the balcony.

Excellent appratment - even better than the photos. The host reaponds to any questions quickly. Easy to access, check-in and out. One possible issue - if you have extra waist layers like me, it is a challenge to get the keys at check-in. The parking places are right infront of the parking gate and next to the entrance door. The beds are good combination - firm mattresses in one of the room, soft in the other. Wi-Fi is good for video conferencing. Bonus - there is a visiting black cat which allows you to pet it.

Very well located accommodation close to Disney and Val d'Europe. Every night, you can enjoy the park's fireworks show from your balcony! Clean, quiet accommodation, everything you need for a great stay. You are also entitled to a place in the building's underground parking, which is highly appreciated. Special mention to the hosts who were very responsive, kind and caring 🤗

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We were2 families with 2 Adults and 2 Kids each stayed here for 2 nights. It is Located on a outskirts of Paris in a very calm and peaceful location. Just 10mins to Disneyland by car. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

We spent two days in this apartment during our trip to visit Disneyland. The location was excellent — very close to Disneyland, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby. It was also just a short distance from a great shopping center, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was really clean well prepared and responsible and professional host. 10 of 10

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

I can only recommend this airbnb. The welcome is extremely warm, the location is perfect (10 min drive to Disney), the apartment is clean and everything is functional. Would definitely stay again.
