Cabin near the Jettegrytene, beachfront, family friendly. Possibility for kayaking and fishing (2 kayaks, 2 canoes and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min from Gautefall ski resort. Large garden with playground equipment. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (plus own baby bed) Note: part of a semi-detached house, simple standard, but new kitchen and bathroom, beautiful peaceful place. The other unit is also rented out, and guests in the other unit can be expected. If necessary, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) on Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the lake. The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
