This is my old family home. The house is bright and painted with open colors. Trying to preserve its old character I kept some antique furniture, crockery, and even a chandelier above my parents' living room. It has in the back of the courtyard with an arbor and on its front balcony lovely views just above the sea.

Mr. Dimitris was a spectacular person. From the moment we arrived, he treated us like family. He welcomed us in a very nice way. He offered us the best honey I have tasted in my life, very delicious. It is really worth staying at his home. 10 out of 10.

Neapoli Home: Within a Minute to the Beach

The host was helpful and responsive to every inquiry. Orange juice, water and beers were waiting for us in the fridge. The cave bedroom, a vaulted stone room, maybe not ventilated enough (not for claustrophobic!), but it remains special and separate from the rest of the house which is a new clean semi-basement. Especially the bathroom was spotless and comfortable, as shown in the photos. The spot is accessible on foot next to Neapoli.

A modern living area features large glass windows that frame expansive views of the terraced hills and valley. Light, neutral furnishings include a spacious seating area with soft cushions. Natural light floods the room, blending the indoors with the surrounding landscape.

Amazing place at the North of the island! Very well designed and comfortable. The jacuzzi is a plus for the evenings. I would highly recommend it for a couple that wants privacy and a bit of luxury. Penny is adorable, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back 😊

We lived in this house for the New Year holidays. In our opinion, the house is very well located: there is the amazing Fossil forest in a few kilometers from the house, in the village there is a charming little port and a chapel, there are shops, pharmacies, etc. in Neapoli, you can drive to the charming town of Monemvasia and the island of Elafonisos with gorgeous beaches. It was warm inside the house in winter: there are several heating devices in the house. Besides, we were lucky with the weather: it was sunny and warm for winter. Of course, the house is fully equipped for a family with children, there was everything we needed in the house. This place is within walking distance from the sea. The shore near the house is rocky, not suitable for swimming, but there you can observe a variety of sea creatures. There is a sandy beach a few kilometers from the house. In our opinion, this is a great place for nature lovers and for retreat.
