Vacation rentals with a pool in Lacco Ameno

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !

Beautiful Villa, the photos don't really do it justice. Pool is big and surrounded by lemon trees, with a large terrace looking out over the bay, perfect for watching sunsets. Simone was an excellent host, met us on arrival and was very quick to respond when we had questions. Free use of the gym next door, which is very well equipped. Lots to do nearby. We recommend Angelo's bar, about 30 mins walk overlooking the Harbour. Good restaurants 5 mins walk away and scooter hire 10mins walk away. Very easy to get the bus from the village centre to Sorrento and from there train to Pompeii, or boat trips out to Positano and Amalfi. We were a family of 5 and all had a great time. Would love to come back.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

The property is beautiful and private, and honestly looks better than the photos! We felt very welcomed by Giuseppe - he is a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions we had as well as provide many suggestions for anything we might want to do (beaches, restaurants, local wines). The house is spacious, especially the bedrooms and the outdoor space is second to none! Don't hesitate to book a holiday at Rock House Villa. ❤️

We absolutely loved the garden and the pool, and Enzo’s dad was very sweet. The house was slightly shabby, but the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was really great. It was perfect for a family holiday, and we would definitely return to Ischia. The mini market is extremely useful and convenient. It was confusing that both the listing address and the map on the listing displayed different incorrect addresses. The last message Enzo sent contained the correct address, but it still left us confused and lost on arrival as the taxi driver had no idea where the house was. Luckily Enzo’s dad came and saved us. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, but lacked enough glasses, mugs and serving dishes to make cooking and serving family meals easy. However, we would still highly recommend the villa as the garden and pool made it a fabulous holiday destination. We loved Ischia. Enzo’s dad brought us homemade wine and eggs from the garden, and made us feel very welcome- many thanks!

“Our stay at this stunning villa for four nights was absolutely incredible! The view was breathtaking, and the property was perfect in every way. Tony and Annamaria warmly welcomed us upon arrival and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The villa itself was one of the top 10 places I’ve seen during my travels around the world. It had everything you could possibly need. Every morning, I couldn’t wait to watch the sunrise from the second-floor terrace, which offered a panoramic view of Capri Island—it was a magical experience. Tony is a truly kind-hearted and honest person, just like his father—both are true gentlemen, and I loved their warmth and personality. During our stay, I mentioned that one of my friends had a birthday, and Tony and Annamaria went above and beyond by surprising us with a welcome drink, cakes, sweets, and a thoughtful birthday card. It made my friend’s day so special, and it’s a gesture I will never forget. This stay was perfect 🤩

An excellent find! Giancarlo’s place was the perfect base to explore Ischia. The room was as described; spacious, comfortable and clean and the gardens and communal areas were beautiful. Giancarlo was helpful throughout and gave us some excellent recommendations for how to spend our 3 days on the island. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family :)

Our stay was incredible. From the villa, to the patio, to the surrounding areas, and THE VIEW this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Luigi made many recommendations to us for restaurants and attractions, even including restaurants that would pick us up and drop us off. We had a car, but this made it even easier for us to enjoy our evenings. And in case you’re wondering, the view that’s shown on the listing - it looks just like that. We spent an entire morning lounging on the rooftop and staring at Capri. Thank you again for such a wonderful getaway!
