The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Our fishermen's house boasts an excellent location, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed, and the living/dining area overlooks the sea. There is also a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or watch incredible sunsets over an aperitif. "CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Surrounded by greenery, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
