If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb…. look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This place is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a nice setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had a lovely stay and Rene was a great host.

We had a wonderful stay (4 adults and 1 toddler). Quiet, beautiful area with lots of privacy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much; wonderfully warm and clean. Our dog also felt comfortable and was able to move freely on the property. Overall, the house was pleasantly clean (except that there was still dog hair from the previous tenant in many places). Since there are two bathrooms, we assumed it had two toilets. However, this is not the case (only 1 toilet). In any case, we had a great time and enjoyed it very much. We can recommend this beautiful place 100%.

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

My family and I had a great time at Nicolas' mansion! This house is just amazing, it's like being in a hotel. We'll be back with great pleasure :-)

Morgane and her husband are super welcoming! Great communication from booking to check-in. A weekend for 6 on site that went wonderfully. The Nordic bath and wood stove in the living room are a real plus. The house is well-equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant time with friends or family. The shopping area is 5 minutes' drive away, which makes things easier. recommended for a weekend or a week in the Chambéry region.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Catherine's apartment, located in a charming, authentic French house. The apartment is ideally situated, just a short walk from Lake Annecy and the Old Town, making it perfect for catching buses and exploring the area. It’s also incredibly well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation is impeccably clean, there are all the comforts and the environment is beautiful and quiet. Highly responsive host, I recommend it and plan to return.

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

We stayed in a charming villa, tastefully decorated and thought out for well-being. The absence of neighbors, the diversity of amenities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, relaxation and sports area), as well as the sublime mountain views truly invite you to relax. We'll be happy to go back. However, a few things are worth noting: a railway track runs below the property, and the lake aerodrome can cause some occasional noise pollution. Moreover, while cameras linked to the alarm system are understandable, the presence of additional devices — one of which continuously films the pool and deckchairs — may come as a surprise. It would have been helpful to have this information before our arrival. Thanks to Edwige from the concierge for her excellent hosting, seriousness, punctuality and flexibility in entering and leaving this cottage when possible.
