Cozy and functional studio on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a very quiet chalet-type residence, with private parking. Ideally located near the Sallanches hospital, the sports center, Lake Passy and in the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif (Chamonix, Megève, Saint-Gervais...). This attractive 35 m² apartment is newly renovated with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The apartment is located in the old ‘Grange’ next to our main house. We share an outside staircase and terrace which bring you to the entrance of your private apartment on the first floor. This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
