Vacation rentals with lake access in Lac de Gérardmer

The place is very nice and located in a picturesque landscape. It is clean, modern and you will find everything you need. We felt very comfortable there. It is not quite obvious in the pictures that one of the bedrooms can only be reached from the living area by passing through the other bedroom.

Gerard's place is really nicely secluded in the middle of nature. The house is very clean and really well equipped with everything you need - all kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances, dish soap, spices, etc. Wood for the hot tub and gas for the grill was provided. The house is spread over three levels and the 5 bedrooms are on the second and third floors. Gerard lives next door, yet you have your privacy and help when you need it. We felt very comfortable with 12 (5 adults and 7 children) and also had enough space - thank you!

My friends and I spent a long weekend in this beautiful home. The location is amazing as it's only 10 minute walk away from lake and city center. The house itself is very cosy and there is all the amenities that you might need. We had great time there and would highly recommend!

Very well located apartment in front of the lake just the road to cross, very clean, very well equipped with quality equipment, very good bedding. Quiet and a private parking space which is undeniably a real plus, because it is difficult to park without this opportunity.

During our stay we were not so fortunate with the weather. However, we were really happy being in the apartment, especially with our toddler who really loved all the child furniture, direct access to the garden and the lovely bed to play in! Thank you very much Emilien!

I had a lovely two-night stay at this Airbnb in Gérardmer. The apartment matched the description in the listing, and the view was simply magnificent—an absolute highlight. The host was responsive, making the communication seamless. A small note for future guests: the provided commodities function more as a starter pack, including one unique roll of toilet paper, no pepper nor oil, and a modest supply of two coffee cups and two tea bags for two people over two days. It’s helpful to plan ahead for any extra essentials you may need. Overall, a great experience in a beautiful setting!

We had a great time. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the lake and a little over 1 km from the city center. Beautiful apartment, very clean with all the features. The access instructions are clear and the communication is very smooth and cordial. We'll most certainly be back.

A very nice environment and excellent accommodation! I was able to do a lot of hiking to discover this beautiful area. The accommodation is clean and tidy with a nice terrace to rest on. Nice break in this charming cottage, by the water. Absolute tranquility, and a particularly responsive hostess who was able to respond to our requests discreetly. I highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a quiet place out in nature with enough space for several families, the cottage is perfect. Now that the hot-tube is installed - it’s even better. And Samuel kindly changed the water as the kids went in there with dirty feet. Inside the kids shouldn’t play too loudly, which sometimes isn’t easy - but there is lots of space outside!! We would book it again :)

Despite very rainy weather, we had a great family weekend! The house is so large and beautifully decorated that we (6 adults and 5 children) did not mind spending a lot of time in the house. We will be happy to come back - hopefully in better weather to be able to use the beautiful garden! Muriele and Michel were super friendly hosts and responded very flexibly to us (we arrived late because we were stuck in traffic). Thank you for everything!

We had a magical time in this yurt nestled in the heart of nature. The place is both comfortable and very well furnished. The hosting was warm. I recommend it 100% for those looking for a relaxing break.

I could write a lot, but I don't need to. House is exactly as described. We were 13 guys and had a great time. Really insanely beautiful and we are highly satisfied. 5 min from the house is a lake with large slides and a whitewater park.
