One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Very responsive host, friendly, helpful and quick replies. The accommodation was fantastic, great safe and quiet location. Perfect for us after a long day sightseeing. Easy directions to find place and instructions how to enter. On the metro to the centre took about 40 minutes but was ideal to be out of the bustle after a long day. Area felt safe and surrounding properties well cared for. Supermarket couple of minutes walk away and an amazing patisserie around the corner. Wish we had more time to explore that area of Paris but will be returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Le cadre est très agréable. C'est très bien agencé. Très bien restauré. La propriété très agréable. La cuisine manque cependant de quelques ustensiles. Et surtout dommage pour l'odeur de cigarette qui a perturbé ma première soirée.

Excellent hosts! Nikita and Inna were so helpful in every way. They accomendated our need and made our stay very enjoyable. The flat was excellent with all the facilities we needed. Location was great as Metro was just one or two minutes away. My parents and I were very pleased with this flat and would highly recommend to anyone!! Many thanks again😀

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt,alles war sauber. Check in hat super geklappt. Gut war der Parkplatz bei der Wohnung,auf der Straße war kaum Platz zum Parken. Bushaltestelle war Fußläufig zu erreichen-wir sind aber bis zur Metrostation 8 gelaufen-ca 18Minuten - von dort aus konnte man gut in die Pariser Innenstadt fahren. Falls wir wieder nach Paris fahren-würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft nehmen,da alles problemlos verlief! Diese Unterkunft können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!!

The accommodation was wonderful for a few days, good location and close to the metro. We had a few hot days and as we were using both bedrooms it got very hot easily, messaged Cesar and he had bought another fan and left it for us after a long day out at Disney. This was hugely appreciated and stood out for us, it made our stay outstanding. Would recommend for everyone! Thank you!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

L’appartement d’Elise est incroyable ! Situé dans une jolie copropriété, calme et privée. À 15/20 min à pied du Parc Disney, commerces à proximité immédiate à pied. Logement impeccable et encore mieux en vrai ! La terrasse est super agréable, avec une vue splendide ! Un séjour formidable dans cet appartement magnifique ! Elise est très sympathique, arrangeante, claire et disponible ! Recommandé +++ !

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Logement facile d'accès et surtout coller à la gare donc très pratique pour se déplacer dans les alentours de Paris. Je recommande.
