Very bright, modern, 2 bedroom apartment (58 m2), rated 4* by Charentes Tourisme on 6/8/2023. This apartment consists of an entrance, living room, semi-open kitchen, bedroom, shower room. Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make you feel at home. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Parking is included in the rental. I provide you with the Vieux Port public parking card which gives you access to a free space.

It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for parking, I have not found any yet for this year.

Enclosed garden 800 meters from the beach, by the ocean, promenade and bike paths. It is quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the sea and La Rochelle 5 minutes away. Shops are nearby and restaurants with entertainment on the beach in summer.
