Vacation rentals with lake access in Lac d'Aydat

We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage is comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, and well renovated with great taste. The terrace facing the small lake is very nice and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable, everything is clean and functional, it feels very good. The place is a great fit. It is very convenient and spacious for a family stay. There are plenty of beautiful hikes to do in the area. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you very much to Camille.

We really enjoyed this accommodation which has all the comforts and equipment you need. Small downside for the slope at the entrance to the cottage: too complicated to climb with our car. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay. The cottage is very nicely furnished and very well-equipped. Very well located in relation to the activities offered in the area: hiking, tours and water activities... Our host gave us some great tips on hiking and restaurants to try.

What a joy to spend these few days in Thomas and Anaïs's house, after a nice welcome from her mom!! Everything is quality, very cozy (we felt at home), and impeccably clean! The view is to fall. A nice lake is right next door, and there is no shortage of hiking trails. La Bourboule and Mont Dore are just a few minutes away, there are excellent restaurants :-) A real treat to recharge in this little corner of paradise. Frankly, it was a favorite for us, and we'll be back for sure. Thank you very much.

Jean-Pierre and Fabienne are a very warm and lovable guest couple. The lovingly renovated cottage offers all comforts and is sparkling clean and wonderfully quiet at Lac de Menet. It is an ideal starting point for excursions into the wonderful and uncrowded surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Patricia's place which is really very nice and quiet. The environment is beautiful and very peaceful. We also enjoyed the hikes in the area. Everything was perfect.

We are delighted with our stay in Super-Besse in Caroline's apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean and convenient. Very good location, close to shops. Caroline is very welcoming and very responsive when needed. The resort offers many activities and there are many beautiful things to see and visit in the area. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a great time for 3 days. At the foot of the slopes/hikes and shops/restaurants, very convenient. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and equipped. Karine was perfect for the preparations and hosting. I recommend 👌

The whole property is not super big but still functional. The bathroom is small but I enjoyed the spacious shower. There is no wifi but the TNT works very well without having to put in codes and now everyone has 4G or more on their phone. There are 2 armchairs comfortable enough to watch TV. For people with reduced mobility, I would like to point out that there is a fairly steep staircase with slightly worn antique steps to go up to the 1st floor of the accommodation. We had a lovely stay in Vichy.

Very good stay for my husband and son. Clean, pleasant and functional accommodation. Even if there is no private parking, they had no difficulty parking in the neighborhood. Communication was easy with Valerie. An address we will necessarily think about next year. Thank you Valerie!

Recent appartment very clean and well furnished. Linen and bedding of very good quality. Kitchen well equipped. You can walk to the ski resort center and ski slopes, but there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Guillame is a very friendly and responsive host.

We loved our stay at Camille's place. Everything was impeccable, she responded quickly to our questions, we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend! We would highly recommend!!

Accommodation was lovely with everything we needed. It was comfortable and the fire was great. It was a charming location, with great views. Secluded and private, only 5 minutes in the car to the shops and a delightful auberge restaurant. One of us has mobility issues (walking with a stick) and access to the cottage is down a 100m track which was a bit tricky in the rain.

Typical cottage, with a wooden point of contact with care and wardrobe. Quiet in a vintage hamlet. A grocery bakery about 3 km away.

Perfect place for my stay. Hosts were really welcoming and hospitable. Everything was as pictured and as described. They were responsive to my requests and kind throughout. Bed was very comfortable and I slept peacefully.

We really enjoyed staying at Martine's gîte. It felt like home, very comfortable and nicely decorated, with some nice little extras as a welcome, and lots of books and tourist information leaflets. The beds were also very comfortable and the shower very good, too. Everything seems new and recently renovated. The view from the terrace onto the surrounding mountains is amazing, and Martine provided lots of seating options, all very comfortable . And one of the things us that one wakes up to only bird song in the morning. It's a very idyllic, peaceful and beautiful place. Martine is also always open to questions, if you have any. And there is a very handy basement / garage that you can use. Everything was perfect and very good quality, the gîte has everything that one needs. The WiFi was very good. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again, if we are in the area again.

The cottage is very well located, near the lake, and the host was very accommodating by allowing us to arrive a little earlier and leave a little later, which we greatly appreciated. After booking, we found that sheets and towels were extra (€5 each). It was stated in the terms and conditions, and we acknowledge that we did not read them correctly. Similarly, we didn't see that the reservation was non-refundable, which didn't allow us to go back. Regarding the accommodation itself, we were disappointed: the apartment lacks charm and would need some improvements. This is quite clear, and for the price paid, we expected a higher quality. In summary, the welcome was pleasant and the location is ideal, but the value for money remains disappointing

Stéphanie is a very welcoming host. She spontaneously called me to give me tips on where to go and directions to find her house. She agreed that we could stay a little longer on the last day because her organization allowed her to do so and it allowed us to enjoy a last family lunch on her beautiful terrace. the accommodation is in a small hamlet extremely quiet with an unobstructed view. We felt comfortable in the accommodation. thank you again for your hospitality and kindness
