Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home on the lake. Direct lake front gives you fabulous views from the wrap around deck, and access to all kinds of fun. A beautifully updated interior with fantastic kitchen, brand new appliances, and a granite breakfast bar! Open floor plan living area with glass walls on the lakeside makes for an incredible vacation experience. Canoeing, kayaking , and fishing all day, going to great local restaurants at night. Location, location, location. This 2br Slopeside condo is position A on the snowiest mountain in the east. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin over full bunk. The kitchen comes fully equipped to make meal prep a breeze. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace to warm up or relax and enjoy an après drink. Our condos always feature complete linens, towels, and essential sundries because no one wants to lug that stuff to their vacation.
