New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.

The cabin is owned by Elvelund Camping, so during the summer season there is an open restaurant, cafe and playground 30 meters away. It is possible to walk to the city center along the promenade, about 1.8 km.
